The Research Of A Case About Cost Management

In the entire enterprise strategy, logistic has become an important factor of enterprise cost. Modern logistics as a sophisticated organization and management skills is widely considered to be the major resource of profit besides material consumption reducing and labor productivity raise. Logistics was deem to be a position of the subsidiary sector ,for the logistic system is unskilled and the cost management was ignored.Our article's research and practice is on the basis of the preparation of the Liaohe oilfield Company supplies case management costs .The use of related theory in this area is to analysis the case to put forward some useful proposals.In this paper, the first part gives a brief description of the background and significance of the paper. The second part states the company's basic situation, current management cost and the characteristics of the company's procurement operations in detail. It also sums up measures that had been taken to optimize costs. In the third part, under the guidance of related theory, combining the specific and practical industry environment, in supply chain management system, we provide Liaohe oilfield Company strategy which helps to reduce the cost of optimization, combining with the characteristics of the material supply company ,it illustrates the related knowledge of a network-inventory establishment. The fourth part put forward the conclutions of the case.Through the analysis of this case, we hope that it will be helpful to the Liaohe oilfield company in manage their cost. And we also hope that this thesis may provide some reference to the logistics cost management of oil companies.
