Study On The Interest Linkage Mechanism Between New Agricultural Management Subjects And Small Farmers In Enshi Prefecture

Rural revitalization is one of the major tasks after socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era and is related to the development of agricultural modernization.The key to rural revitalization lies in the rural industry revitalization.The key to rural industry revitalization lies in the full connection between small farmers and the development of modern agriculture,so that farmers can participate in the process of rural industrial development and share the results with them.Based on this,the Party and the state have repeatedly proposed to further "promote the organic connection between small-scale farmer production and modern agricultural development".The important way of connection is to improve the interest linkage mechanism between the new agricultural management subject and small farmers,give full play to the leading role of the new type of agricultural management subject,and realize the connection between farmers,leading farmers,and enriching farmers.At present,the interest connection between the new type of agricultural management subject and small farmers is further deepened,but many problems are also exposed.Therefore,it is urgent to know the current situation of the interest connection between the new type of agricultural management subject and small farmers in local areas,especially in relatively backward areas,to analyze existing problems and put forward suggestions to promote the development of agricultural modernization.In this context,on the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign researches and taking the economies of scale theory,transaction cost theory and stakeholder theory as the theoretical basis,this thesis adopts field investigation,normative analysis,comparative analysis and quantitative analysis to study the interest linkage mechanism between new agricultural management subject and small farmers in Enshi area.The research results are as follows: First of all,there are buyout,contract,cooperation and share cooperation modes in Enshi Prefecture.The main problems are shown in the insufficient development degree of new agricultural management subjects,the imbalance of various interest connection modes,the weak position of small farmers and financing difficulties.Second,from the perspective of new agricultural operators,the operation mechanism of the four interest linkage modes is compared and analyzed,that is,how to interact in the four aspects of interest creation,interest distribution,risk sharing and interest constraints,and it is concluded that the new agricultural operators are influenced by the geography of Enshi Prefecture,relevant policy services,their own operating conditions and the quality of small farmers when choosing the interest linkage mode.Third,from the perspective of small farmers,it summarizes their feelings and evaluation of participation in benefit linkage,and realizes that the comprehensive quality of small farmers has a positive impact on participation in benefit linkage,their cognition of benefit linkage mechanism needs to be improved,the government plays an important role in promoting the participation of small farmers,and the participation enthusiasm of small farmers is high.Finally,based on the above analysis,it is concluded that the interests of the new agricultural management subjects and small farmers in Enshi Prefecture are relatively loosely connected.The two start from their own interests and have different development demands,but they still show great development potential,and the development should highlight the superiority of the collective economy.Based on the above research results,this thesis puts forward the following suggestions: First,give full play to the functions of the government and coordinate the connection of interests;Second,implement the subject management system and strengthen the interest linkage mechanism;Third,improve the quality level of farmers and optimize the pattern of profit distribution;Fourth,strengthen the collective economic force and promote the beautiful development of rural areas.
