Evaluation On The Development Models Of The Three-Industry Integration In Changchun Guoxin Agriculture

“Three issues of agriculture,the countryside,and farmers” is the top priority of the party and the state.Promoting the integration of the three rural industries is not only an essential part of the integrated development of urban and rural areas in China,but also an important means to increase farmers’ income and an objective requirement for the sustainable development of rural areas,and an important way to promote the modernization of agriculture in China.It is an important way to promote the modernization of China’s agriculture and has vital practical significance in solving the problems of the “three issues of agriculture,the countryside,and farmers”.Changchun Guoxin Agriculture is now a national key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization and a national demonstration base for entrepreneurship and innovation.Since its establishment,Changchun Guoxin Agriculture has been taking “helping rural revitalization and creating a happy life” as its macroscopic goal,taking the corn base as its basic support,the fruit and vegetable base as its supporting aid,and focusing on scientific and technological research and development,and running upstream through the “industrial integration” and“circular agriculture” mindset.We provide agricultural science,technology service products,and technical consultation with the thinking concept of “circular agriculture” and concentrate special agricultural products and high-quality products in Jilin Province in the mode of “leading enterprises + bases + farmers” in the downstream,and export them to the outside world through the unified brand of Guoxin Agriculture in order to establish the largest food safety distribution center in Northeast China and turn to be a demonstration and production service provider of safe ingredients.In 2020,it was rated as a national integrated development park for the integration and development of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries of organic agriculture.In 2021,it was rated as a provincial model agricultural industrialization consortium and a leading agricultural industrialization leading enterprise.The systematic study of Changchun Guoxin’s agricultural three-industry integration development model has certain practical guiding significance for the development of green agriculture and recycling agriculture as well as the enhancement of rural three-industry integration development.Based on the theories of industrial integration,industrial chain theory,and agricultural multi-function theory,this paper uses literature research and field research to collect relevant data and analyze the development status advantages and unique integration mode of Changchun Guoxin’s agricultural three-product integration development.It analyzes the extension of Changchun Guoxin’s agricultural industrial chain,the expansion of agricultural multi-function,the integration of advanced technology penetration into agriculture,and the economic benefits of Changchun Guoxin’s agricultural three-product integration development.The evaluation index system was constructed at four levels: extension of the industrial chain of Changchun Guoxin Agriculture,multi-functional expansion of agriculture,penetration,and integration of advanced technology into agriculture,and economic benefits of Changchun Guoxin Agriculture.The evaluation indexes were weighted according to the relevant data obtained from Changchun Guoxin Agriculture.The scores of various aspects of integrating the three industries of Changchun Guoxin Agriculture were measured by applying the entropy value method.Finally,the degree of coupling among the integration of the three industries of Changchun Guoxin Agriculture is analyzed by combining the measurement results.These indicators account for a more significant proportion of the synthetic weights of the indicators,and the coordination level of the integration of the three industries of Changchun Guoxin Agriculture is measured by applying the coupling coordination analysis method.Based on the above analysis,the countermeasures to promote the development of the integration of the three agricultural industries in Changchun Guoxin are proposed,specifically: deepening the interest linkage mechanism of industrial integration subjects;improving the level of Guoxin’s agricultural secondary processing industry;fully expanding the multifunctionality of agriculture;increasing policy support for the integration of the three industries;and promoting the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries with scientific and technological innovation.
