| Real estate is one of the most important industries in the national economy.With the deepening of urbanization,China’s real estate market is developing more and more rapidly.Since 2018,a large amount of real estate regulation policies have been introduced in order to prevent the industry risk outbreak.As a result,the real estate enterprises defaulted successively and lots of hard-to-be-finished buildings emerged.To ensure the stable development of real estate industry,a series of policies are being introduced intensively.The purpose of this paper is to search how the real estate companies could adjust and formulate scientific financing management system and countermeasures to face the project financing difficulties under the current policies.This paper focuses on the perspective of the real estate project financing.Through the PESTEL analysis of the industry,operation and financial analysis of the H real estate company compared with the peer companies,the questionnaire survey and the executive interview,it is provided that the project financing optimization countermeasures for the current difficulties and problems of H real estate company project financing.It is an innovation that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the quantitative analysis of the real estate project financing plans selection.The optimized project financing plan selection model could be provided as reference to the peer companies,so that the ability of financing management and the competitiveness would be improved in the VUCA era. |
