| Changchun National logistics Hub of production and service has been successfully selected into the construction list of national logistics hub in 2020.Changchun is a regional central city in Northeast Asia and an important hub node city of "One Belt and One Road" Northern Route.It has a world-class R&D,production and aftermarket service base for vehicles and their parts.And the country’s largest R&D,manufacturing and export base for railway passenger cars and urban rolling stock.It is of great significance to discuss the development strategy of Changchun production and service national logistics hub for gathering industrial elements,cultivating modern economic system,promoting the all-round revitalization of Northeast old industrial base,and constructing a new development pattern of "double circulation" at home and abroad.First of all,through the study of domestic and foreign literature on logistics hubs,the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars were analyzed,the research status at home and abroad was evaluated,the research methods and contents of this paper were defined,and the evolution of the concept of national logistics hubs of production and service was expounded and the relevant theoretical basis was expounded.Secondly,the development status of Changchun logistics industry and Changchun production service logistics hub is analyzed in detail,and the existing problems are pointed out.Thirdly,it analyzes the internal and external environment of the development of the national logistics hub of production and service in Changchun with the help of PEST analysis and SWOT analysis method,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the development of the hub,points out the threats and opportunities facing the development,and provides the basis for the formulation of the strategy.Finally,clear the strategic development ideas,principles,objectives and strategic positioning,select the best strategy,put forward the corresponding strategic design scheme and safeguard measures. |
