| In recent years,influenced by the macroeconomic development situation and the trend of demographic changes,China’s real estate market is ushering in a profound change and is gradually moving from the era of incremental volume to the era of stock.Due to the epidemic,the real estate industry has been in a downturn and many large real estate companies are trying to find new development opportunities,while many small and medium-sized real estate companies are facing serious challenges.In the current market and industry environment,real estate companies are facing serious challenges in their development and urgently need to adjust their development strategies in a timely manner to seek long-term development by taking into account their actual situation.Based on the current research status,this paper takes Changchun Xinxing Yu Real Estate Development Company as a sample and tries to formulate a reasonable development strategy for it to adapt to the new market environment now and in the future to achieve healthy development and virtuous cycle,taking into account the current market condition and industry development trend.As a well-known real estate company,with its rapid development in recent years,Xinxing Yu has a certain number of potential consumers and market prospects,as well as advantages that many similar companies do not have.Under the pressure of the real estate environment,Xinxing Yu Company can effectively respond to the various challenges facing the real estate market and the fierce competition in the industry with its own advantages,solve the problem of corporate survival and development,seize new growth points in the market,and win new development opportunities in the current round of market adjustment and industry reshuffling.This paper first analyzes the development of Xinxing Yu in the Changchun real estate market,combining the macro external environment and micro internal environment to propose a scientific research paradigm and basic path for the development of the enterprise.Secondly,the external macro environment that the company needs to deal with is analyzed using PEST analysis,and the industry environment that the company faces is specifically analyzed in terms of both market and competition.On the internal environment,the company’s resources were analyzed from four aspects: finance,brand,human and technology,and the company’s capabilities were analyzed from three aspects: resource integration,product innovation and operation management.Finally,through SWOT analysis,we can clearly identify the company’s strengths and weaknesses,and conduct a comprehensive and systematic analysis of its strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and potential threats,conclude that the current external environment is relatively unfavorable,clarify the three stages of the company’s development goals in the short,medium and long term,summarize that the company should play its own strengths to cope with external threats,consolidate its own development foundation,take The company should focus on the diversified development direction such as recreation industry to ensure that the company’s development is stable and far-reaching.At the same time,the company also proposes institutional,human,financial and information protection measures to ensure the effective implementation of the company’s development strategy.This study will not only provide a wiser development strategy for Xinxing Yu Real Estate Company,but also provide valuable references and lessons for other real estate companies in the new development cycle. |
