Measurement Of The Level Of New Urbanization In Counties Of Shandong Province And Analysis Of Its Influencing Factors

New urbanization,proposed from a strategic perspective,will play an important role in addressing the problem of unbalanced and inadequate development.Promoting new urbanization is conducive to promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural areas and regions,stimulating the vitality of the rural market,tapping the potential of China’s domestic demand,and optimizing the new momentum of development.It is an important way to effectively solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Based on the above research background,through literature research methods,comparative analysis methods,empirical analysis and other analysis methods,this paper analyzes the problems in the process of new urbanization in Shandong Province,and tries to put forward reasonable and effective countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.First of all,in-depth study of relevant theories,such as location theory,two mountains theory,growth pole theory,sustainable development theory,detailed query of yearbook data,and data collation,so as to have a comprehensive understanding of the development status.After that,the comprehensive evaluation score of level of new urbanization in the county is obtained by calculating the weight with entropy method.On this basis,the regional differences of new urbanization development in counties of Shandong Province are analyzed by calculating the Theil index.In addition,the regression model is established to analyze the factors that affect the development of new urbanization in Shandong Province;Finally,feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Through the collection,collation and reading of literature,and the search,processing and analysis of data,the main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,through the analysis of the development status,the county urbanization rate in Shandong Province has been continuously improved,the county economic strength has been continuously enhanced,the county industrial structure has been continuously optimized,the county infrastructure has been continuously strengthened,the county ecological environment has been continuously improved.Secondly,by using the entropy method to calculate the score of the development comprehensive index of Shandong county new-type urbanization,the results show that the score of the comprehensive index presents an increasing trend on the whole,and the development level of Shandong county new-type urbanization has been promoted to the medium level.Secondly,from the perspective of each region,east Shandong has been promoted to a medium-high level development stage,middle Shandong and North Shandong have entered a medium-level development stage,and south Shandong has entered a medium-low level development stage.Thirdly,Qingdao City,Dongying City,Yantai City,Weihai City and the corresponding counties and cities,with their superior geographical advantages and resource advantages,the level of newtype urbanization in the county ranks the forefront.On this basis,the analysis of regional differences in the development level of new-type urbanization of counties in Shandong Province shows that the overall differences mainly come from the development imbalance within each region,and the largest difference in the development level of new-type urbanization of counties is in eastern Shandong Province,followed by north Shandong Province,middle Shandong Province and South Shandong Province.Thirdly,through the analysis of factors affecting the development level of new-type urbanization in Shandong Province,it is found that population urbanization,economic urbanization,social urbanization,infrastructure urbanization and ecological environment urbanization all have significant positive impacts on the development of new-type urbanization in Shandong Province.Among them,the regression coefficient of infrastructure urbanization and ecological environment urbanization subsystem is low,which,to some extent,drags down the development level of newtype urbanization in Shandong Province as a whole and counties in all regions.Further regression analysis of various indicators shows that the proportion of non-agricultural population,urban population density,GDP per capita,revenue and expenditure ratio of general public finance budget,number of students in ordinary middle schools per 10000 people,number of beds in medical institutions per 10000 people,balance of savings deposits per capita of urban and rural residents,total retail sales of social consumer goods per capita,water penetration rate,gas penetration rate,per capita road area,per capita park green space The green coverage rate of urban built-up areas has a positive impact on the development of new urbanization in Shandong Province as a whole and in various regions and counties.Based on the research conclusions,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the overall and regional levels of Shandong Province,in order to promote the new-type urbanization of Shandong county to a higher quality development.
