| Based The 14 th Five-Year Plan is a critical period for the carbon peak.The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have given the financial system a good job in financial support for green,low-carbon and high-quality development and enrich the multi-level green financial market system.Resource problems and environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent.The risks faced by commercial banks,as corporate capital providers,are also constantly increasing.As the main part of the financial system,they are bound to assume the corresponding social responsibilities and the mission of green financial reform.Based on the policy background of promoting green finance,based on the theory of symbiosis,select the X bank using equatorial principle as the case object,highlight the bank green financial system between the corporate social responsibility performance and financial performance,aims to explore the operability of evaluation ideas and concept.Through the internal logic relationship between green finance,environmental performance,the circular and progressive clock model of enterprise performance evaluation and financial performance is constructed.Under the guidance of the concept of symbiosis,to build a performance evaluation system supported by the three modules of "social responsibility-green finance and finance",and to hold up the core concept of "symbiosis".Thus,a circular closure system of social responsibility performance guarantee green finance,green finance realizes financial performance,and financial performance will further promote social responsibility performance.In this process,the hierarchical analysis method is used to determine the index weight,and then the circular and progressive clock model of bank financial strategic performance evaluation is constructed by deeply digging the internal logical relationship between the three modules,financial performance and social responsibility performanceThe purpose of this paper is to put forward new exploration and new ideas for the strategic performance evaluation of Chinese commercial banks,take this as a guidance,promoting the healthy and sound operation of related and other industries and fields,promoting better and faster economic development,promoting a harmonious society and maintaining a green ecological environment. |
