Research On The Performance Evaluation System Of Enterprise Financial Business Of A Bank

Since China's economic development has entered the "new normal”,the pressure on the external market competition faces by commercial banks.How to tap the internal potential to achieve strategic transformation is a pressing matter of the moment.Under this background,Optimization the existing performance evaluation system and giving full play to the performance evaluation of the role orientation and incentive is the inner demand of strategic transformation and the inherent requirement for raise competitiveness of commercial Banks in China.This paper brought to the enterprise financial business of A bank as a research object,and made reference to relevant theories and literature.Combined with the strategic transformation goals under the new situation,the author diagnosed the existing performance evaluation index system and put forward optimization improvement program of enterprise financial business of A bank.Finally,the author did these things in order to provide effective reference for the authorities of A bank and achieve the strategic transformation goals of enterprise financial business of A bank.This paper is divided into five parts.In the first part,the author briefly introduces the research background,purpose,significance and methods,and defines the research object.The second part reviews the related theory(such as Strategic Management,Performance Evaluation,Balanced Score Card).The third part diagnosis the existing performance evaluation index system of enterprise financial business of A bank,and points out the problems of it and analyses the causes of the problems.In the fourth part,combining with the analysis of the strategic transformation of enterprise financial business of A bank,,the author use the Strategic Map to decompose the strategic transformation goals and Balanced Score Card to reconstruct performance evaluation index system of enterprise financial business of A bank,also use Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of each index and finally puts forward optimization improvement program of its.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.
