The Internet industry has turned from the spring-up phase into a fierce and fast-growth phase within decades of development.This kind of fierce competition not only reflects on the pursuit for the market share and fast developing technology,but also on surged needs for talents.With no doubt,talents have become one of the focuses of many enterprises.It’s quite obvious that Internet talents have upsurge needs to improve and realize personal value,so companies need to know more about their human resources and make propriate human resource strategy based on varied conditions.Which type of talents do we need?How to valuate talents inside?How to offer propriate developing space?Those problems are closely related to the consistent development of the enterprise.A company is an Internet company which dedicated in the solution of CDN and IDC for customers.Due to strong techniques and excellent customized solution,A company becomes the top in CDN industry.Among all,P center is the core center of the company which is mainly responsible for the product marketing,product planning,R&D and operation process of many key product lines of the company.It also carries the key income quota of the company.Being the core of the business,it has higher standard for the talent level and competency.Under this circumstance,this paper is mainly about the echelon building plan within the P center,which can be seen as a firm basement for the future.First of all,this paper will show the related theory about talent development and talent team building.Then,we will do a talent review of the P center with a modified talent review tool based on the basic information of the talent in P center so that we can get the hang of the current situation and following problems of the system.At last,based on the problems we find before,this paper will solve the problem one by one:open up the available development space through structure modification,identify the backup by building the competency model,Cultivate the backup and high potential talent through the Two Dragon plan.
