| In recent years,the overall strategy of regional development is valued by the state and the implementation of the “one belt and one road ”initiative and the urbanization strategy has promoted the construction of our country urban agglomerations.In the "14th Five-Year Plan" document,it is emphasized that the comprehensive development of urban agglomeration should be promoted as the policy focus,and the urbanization layout of "two horizontal and three vertical" should be implemented.In addition,it is clearly proposed that the Shandong Peninsula,Guangdong,Fujian and Zhejiang coastal urban agglomeration should be developed based on the optimization and upgrading of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta and other urban agglomeration.It can be seen that the country began to attach importance to the development of Shandong Peninsula city group,which contains huge development potential.The rapid expansion of urban agglomerations has become an irreversible trend of the world economic development,which brings great opportunities for the development of urban agglomerations in Shandong Peninsula and at the same time makes them undergo a new round of challenges.To accelerate the construction of Shandong Peninsula CITY GROUP,WE should take economic integration as the goal and industry as the important support to achieve comprehensive and coordinated development.The integrated development of industries can not only guide the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure,but also create conditions for industrial transfer,promote the formation of a community of interests among industries,and induce industrial transformation and upgrading in various regions.The study on the characteristics and influencing factors of industrial integration development of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration is conducive to supplement and improve the relevant theories of industrial integration and provide the corresponding theoretical basis for the industrial integration development of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration.On the practical level,it is beneficial to accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading,and brings significant economic and social effects to the fusion subject.Based on the review of existing research literature and relevant theories,this paper firstly analyzes the overall development status of Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration and its industry from the three dimensions of integration dynamics,trends and environment,and then constructs the evaluation system of industrial integration.The entropy method and coupling coordination degree model were used to measure and evaluate the industrial integration level of 17 prefecture-level cities in Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration from 2009 to 2019,and the existing problems were analyzed.On this basis,combining with the spatial distribution of shandong peninsula urban agglomerations as a whole and local convergence level of space-time evolution are analyzed,and finally combined with the results from the above,fixed effect panel data model,the empirical study the influence factors of shandong peninsula urban agglomeration industry integration level,and put forward the optimization of the shandong peninsula urban agglomeration from the perspective of macro industrial convergence.The research conclusions are as follows:First,by combing and summarizing the literature related to industrial integration,it can be found that the theoretical aspect mainly includes the elaboration of its connotation,classification,motivation,effect and other aspects,and there are a lot of qualitative studies.The empirical research is mainly about the integration of agriculture and three industries,and the quantitative research is less.In addition,most of Chinese scholars mainly study the integration of provinces and cities,and few studies on industrial integration of urban agglomerations.Second,in general,the level of industrial integration in Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration is rising,but the overall industrial integration index is not high.The level gap between cities is relatively large,but the average annual growth rate shows that the gap is gradually narrowing.From the analysis of spatio-temporal evolution,we can see that the spatial performance is higher in the east and lower in the west,and higher in the north and lower in the south.Among them,the integration index of Qingdao,Jinan and Weihai was higher,while the integration index of Heze,Zaozhuang,Dezhou and Liaocheng was lower.From the average annual growth rate of industrial integration index,Heze,Dezhou,Zaozhuang and other cities with low integration index have higher average annual growth rate.Third,the degree of coordinated development among the integration motivation,integration trend and integration environment is not obvious,but the interaction force among the three is large,that is,the coupling degree is more obvious than the coordination degree.It shows that the industries in Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration are closely connected and influence each other,but there is no mechanism to guide their coordinated development,and the level of regional industrial integration needs to be further improved.Fourthly,scientific and technological progress,government support,human resources,market demand and opening to the outside world have a significant positive impact on the industrial integration level of Shandong Peninsula city group.Among them,government support,human resources and market demand are the leading factors affecting industrial integration,and their effects are relatively obvious.Scientific and technological progress and opening to the outside world are auxiliary factors that influence industrial integration;The influence of industrial structure is not significant,which is one of the key factors restricting the improvement of industrial integration index.Fifth,based on the evaluation of the level of industrial integration of Shandong Peninsula city group and the study of the influencing factors,the optimization countermeasures of industrial integration of Shandong Peninsula city group were put forward from the macro perspective: first,to promote the rational layout of urban group space and draw lessons from the development experience of relevant urban group;Second,build an interconnected infrastructure network to realize informationized,intelligent and integrated development of infrastructure;Third,rational use of resource endowment to promote the coordinated development of industry in urban agglomeration;Fourth,consolidate the core position of the two cities,give play to the driving role of the central city radiation;Fifth,we need to fully mobilize all sectors of society and improve a new type of regional cooperation mechanism. |
