A Study On The Integration Development Model Of Collective Economic Organizations In Amalgamated Villages In Mianyang

As the basic carrier of agricultural rural development,rural collective economic organizations play an important role in ensuring our food security and promoting the overall advancement of the strategy of rural revitalization.Effectively promoting the integrated development of collective economic organizations in merged villages is the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of new rural collective economic organizations.However,the efficiency of promoting the integrated development of collective economic organizations of merged villages in Mianyang is not high.Therefore,it is urgent to find out how to integrate the collective economic organizations of Mianyang merged village and how to develop better after integration from the perspective of theory and policy requirements.In this context,based on property rights theory,transaction cost theory and rural collective economic development theory,the paper integrated the field survey data of 330 village collective economic organizations and 127 village collective economic organization cadres in Mianyang city.First of all,based on the characteristics of integrated development of collective economic organizations in Mianyang merged village of the object of study,aiming at the current situation of integrated development of collective economic organizations in Mianyang merged village,explore the main problems and reasons affecting the process of integrated development of collective economic organizations in Mianyang merged village.Secondly,the efficiency of integrated development of collective economic organizations in Mianyang village is evaluated by the satisfaction index of members of collective economic organizations.Using ORM(Ordered Logistic)model,this paper probes into the factors that influence the integrated development of collective economic organizations in Mianyang merged village.Finally,this paper summarizes the model suitable for the integrated development of collective economic organizations in merged villages,and puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the integrated development of collective economic organizations in Mianyang merged villages.The empirical results show that the main problems of the integrated development of collective economic organizations in Mianyang merged village are as follows: first,the integration of organizations,including the communication of villagers,the participation of villagers and the management of village affairs;Second,the economic integration problem is mainly resource asset fund problem,including debt allocation problem,natural resources gap problem,condition gap problem,asset stock problem;The third is the development problem after integration,including the problem of industrial difference,the problem of development level gap and the problem of economic factor difference.According to the analysis,the main reasons include historical reasons,natural reasons,organizational reasons and cultural reasons.The overall efficiency and individual efficiency of the integrated development of collective economic organizations in Mianyang merged village are low.The integrated development of collective economic organizations in Mianyang merged village is mainly influenced by individual characteristic variables,policy cognition variables,the degree of understanding of organizational integration and the degree of understanding of organizational economic integration.Among the individual characteristic variables,age,occupation,annual income and policy cognition variables,the understanding degree of collective economic organizations in Mianyang merged village and the understanding degree of organizational integration are different in economic strength and location,and the asset stock gap is due to the positive impact of natural losses on the merger of Mianyang City Merger of village collective economic organizations;Among individual characteristic variables,education level and policy cognition variables are the representatives of village collective economic organizations;among the variables of understanding degree of organizational integration,debt allocation among collective economic organizations of Mianyang merged village has a large gap in debt amount,a gap in natural resources in water resources,and a stock of assets are the problems of different current assets that negatively affect the collective economy of Mianyang merged village Economic consolidation.Gender in individual characteristic variables,understanding of collective economic organizations in policy cognition variables,understanding of organizational economic integration variables,organizational economic integration between merged villages,there are development levels,satisfaction differences and other differences in the development of village collective economic organizations,economic factors,land scale differences positively affect the development of collective economic organizations in Mianyang City.In the individual characteristic variables,education is junior high school and senior high school(junior college),and in the variables of understanding of the integration of organizational economy,the economic problems of the integration of collective economic organizations in merged villages include the gap of development level and the difference of industry,the difference between industries and agriculture,and the reason for the difference of industry is that market positioning and village historical habits negatively affect the development of collective economic organizations in Hehe village of Mianyang City.Based on the empirical results,the collective economic organizations of merged villages in Mianyang city were divided into three different merger types according to industry,labor force and natural resources: strong merger type,strong merger type and weak merger type.In order to implement differentiated integration development,three modes were selected,namely professional manager trustement mode,network platform mode and ecological protection mode.Suggestions: First,rely on the factor endowment,seize the opportunity to adapt to the village;Second,transform government functions and promote the participation of multiple subjects;Third,establish a service platform to improve the information sharing mechanism;Fourth,focus on ecological protection to ensure sustainable green supply.
