Study On Optimization Of Project Management Under The Agile Development Mode Of W Company

The competition in software industry is becoming increasingly fierce.How to deal with the ever-changing market demand actively and effectively has become the top priority of enterprise competition.While a Scrum framework can quickly respond to market needs,failure to use it properly is likely to create a risk of project failure for the company.How to properly and reasonably use the Scrum framework to optimize the project management in the agile development mode of W company has become a key factor for the success of this optimization.This paper starts with the actual situation and development process of the team led by the author,takes the team led by the author as the bone,and the Scrum agile development framework as the wing,adopts the brainstorming method to extract 19 problems existing in the current team during the project,and designs the questionnaire according to the results.On the basis of Delphi questionnaire survey,a total of eight major questions with the greatest impact on the project were summarized,which were divided into three aspects through classification.Through the analysis of the causes of the most important problems,it provides the practical and theoretical basis for the formulation and implementation of the optimization plan.Finally,the Scrum framework is combined to optimize and improve the existing agile development mode of W company.In the process of optimization,obstacles run through.Why do companies choose Scrum frameworks in the early days of optimization? How to make the optimal route for the company transition and get the acceptance and recognition from leaders? In the middle stage of optimization,from the pilot to the large-scale dissemination,a lot of employees appear not to understand or adapt.Most of the members have no knowledge of Scrum and the communication process is hindered.In the later stage of optimization,the whole company has initially formed the development under the Scrum mode,and the team cooperation gradually works well and is on the right track.At this point,it is faced with how to consolidate the optimization results and turn them into a part of the corporate culture,which will be kept and passed on.Therefore,the author also provides four safeguards to protect the optimization plan,so as to establish a set of project management strategies suitable for the company.
