L Company’s Strategy Transformation Performance Analysis

With the continuous promotion of structural economic reform,after the rapid development of the Chinese real estate market,the total scale of real estate has risen to a high level,the relationship between demand and supply has changed,and the restructuring strategy of real estate has attracted great social attention.Therefore,the transformation of real estate companies is gradually becoming a focus of industry and academia.In this context,the study focuses on the development of L Company,analyzes the impact of its strategic transforamtion on company productivity,in order to provide reference for other similar small and medium-sized residential enterprises in China.This article mainly adopts methods of case analysis,literature analysis method,comparative analysis method,and event research method.Based on the theoretical guidance of life cycle theory,strategic management theory,and synergy theory,combined with domestic and foreign scholars at home and abroad The research on the three aspects of transformation and strategic transformation on performance was summarized,and case analysis of the strategic transformation of L Company was conducted.Based on the perspective of strategic transformation,the cause of the strategic transformation of the L Company and the implementation process of the L Company first.Through financial performance analysis and non-financial performance analysis,they are complementary to each other,and the data of L Company from 2010 to 2021 is selected to evaluate their transformation effects.Financial performance analysis combines strategic targets from profitability,debt repayment capacity,operating capacity and development capabilities,and compares2-3 indicators with the industry average and rareal estate to evaluate the changes before and after the transformation;From the analysis of market effects,innovation capabilities,brand effects,and ESG performance.The results of the study show that after the strategic transformation,L Company’s profitability,operational capacity and development capacity have improved to some extent,but the effect of improving solvency is not obvious.The markets are optimistic after the development of L Company to obtain Fruida and focus-chem Company.With the introduction of biomedical to the market,R&D and innovation capacities have improved significantly.The original impact of the healthy real estate brand is obvious,and the deepening biomedical brand continues to play its effectiveness.L Company fulfils its social responsibility and publishes ESG reports on time.In general,the strategic change has led the company to develop in a good direction,and has had a positive impact on the business development of L Company.In addition,the problems existing in the development strategy transformation of L Company are summarized: the transformation process is slow,the inventory turnover is slow,the asset-liability ratio is high;and then the targeted optimization suggestions are put forward: grasp the transformation rhythm,increase the R&D investment,and optimize the capital structure.Finally,presentting the outlook of this paper...
