| The development of the whole industry chain is an inevitable part of the agricultural modernization process.With the thinking of chain development,building and optimizing the whole industrial chain can improve the operational efficiency of the agricultural industry and promote the integration of related industries,thus promoting its high-quality development.As a national sweet potato industry technology system research demonstration county,Yuzhou City has important significance for local economic development by studying its sweet potato whole industry chain development level and influencing factors.Therefore,this paper evaluates the level of sweet potato whole industry chain development by the entropy value method,and on this basis empirically analyzes the influencing factors of sweet potato whole industry chain development and puts forward policy recommendations,with the aim of promoting the whole link efficiency,whole chain value-added and whole industry integration development of sweet potato industry in Yuzhou City,so that farmers can really enjoy the value-added benefits brought by sweet potato industry and provide reference value for the whole industry chain development of agricultural industry in Henan Province and other regions.This study is based on the development status of the whole industrial chain of sweet potato in Yuzhou City and the current situation of related research,the evaluation index system of the development level of the whole industrial chain of sweet potato was constructed from three dimensions: pre-production,production and post-production,and the entropy value method was applied to evaluate the development level of the whole industrial chain of sweet potato from 2015 to 2020.Firstly,the results found that the pre-production link of sweet potato has the greatest contribution to its development level composite value,and the contribution of the mid-production link and the post-production link tends to be the same..Secondly,the overall index of the development level of the whole sweet potato industry chain has not fluctuated greatly over the past 6 years,but the overall tendency is decreasing,and the decrease is more due to the decrease in the contribution of the mid-production link and the post-production link to the overall value of its development level.Therefore,on the basis of comprehensive relevant research and field research,22 influencing factors indicators are extracted from four levels of the upstream,midstream,downstream and industry chain convergence of sweet potato industry chain,and the influencing factors of the whole industry chain development in Yuzhou City are analyzed empirically using factor analysis,and the results of the analysis are as follows: 22 influencing factors can be summarized and organized into 6 major influencing factors,among which the production and supervision factor of the industrial chain and the technology and product factor of the innovation chain have the greatest influence.The market-driven factor of the market chain and the cost and price factor of the capital chain have less influence,and the scientific research support factor of the talent chain and the policy support factor of the policy chain have the least influence.Based on the above analysis,policy recommendations to promote the development of the whole industrial chain of sweet potato in Yuzhou City are proposed: First,the upstream of the industrial chain should increase the investment in science and technology to promote the standardization and green production of the base.Second,the midstream of the industry chain should be driven by leading enterprises to enhance the added value of products by deep processing.Third,the downstream of the industry chain should deepen the construction of landmark brands and enhance the competitiveness of the product market.Fourth,the industry chain linkage to strengthen the construction of protection mechanisms to promote the deep integration of the three industries. |
