Research On The Development Status And Model Of "One Village,One Product" In Minquan County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The construction of "one village,one product",as one of the important ways for the Party and the country to develop rural economy in the new era,has been increasingly recognized and chosen by people.However,the construction of "one village,one product" is still in the initial stage of "crossing the river by feeling the stones",and there is a particularly shortage of examples of "one village,one product" construction models for reference.This study further summarizes the development model of "one village,one product" in Minquan County by studying the current situation of "one village,one product" development.This provides a feasible and universal development plan for the current rural "one village,one product" construction in the Central Plains region,which has strong reference significance.Conduct investigation and research on development planning,etc.The main research content includes the following:Firstly,we have gained a deep understanding of the county situation and the current development status of the three industries in Minquan County.Secondly,the plan for the revitalization of rural industries in Minquan County was introduced.Thirdly,the development status and distribution of "one village,one product" in Minquan County were studied.Based on the research and analysis of the current development status of "one village,one product" in Minquan County,the development model of "one village,one product" in Minquan County has been extracted.Fourthly,the existing problems in the development of one village,one product in Minquan County were analyzed.Research has found that the construction and layout of the "one village,one product" industry in Minquan County are mainly classified according to the primary industry,secondary industry,and tertiary industry.The construction is based on the models of "company+new agricultural operation entity","company+base(cooperative)+impoverished households","ecological cycle planting and breeding combination","party organization+e-commerce+industrial poverty alleviation",and "village collective+farmers".At the same time,the further development of the "one village,one product" construction in Minquan County is constrained by the level of agricultural industrialization,the integration of township industrial parks,e-commerce logistics,and the full chain integration of primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.Based on the above research results,the following targeted policy recommendations are proposed: firstly,to improve the modern agricultural management system;Secondly,promote the improvement of quality and efficiency in township industrial parks;Thirdly,promote the rapid development of modern service industries such as tourism e-commerce and logistics;The fourth is to strengthen the industrial development guarantee system of "one village,one product".I hope to improve policies to better serve farmers’ income and achieve leapfrog development of the county economy.
