Analysis On The Choice Of Land Transfer Objects And Influence Factors Of Farmers In Minquan County

"The country people,hunger breeds discontentment,fresh soil with root".Land is an important link between farmer,agriculture and countryside.The development of modern agriculture needs to improve the efficiency of land use and the land circulation is the basis of achieving the scale and intensive development of agricultural economy in China.Exploring land transfer is the direction of reform about rural land system.Meanwhile it can effectively solve the problems of agricultural development and is a important way for our country to achieve agricultural modernization as soon as possible.Only by correctly guiding farmers to carry out effective land circulation can we develop the appropriate scale operation of agriculture.From the perspective of the object of land transfer,this paper takes 10 villages in 6 towns of Minquan County as the research object,obtains 148 questionnaires,and divides the farmers' selected land out into large production and production households.After the scientific classification of farmers' land transfer objects,I counted the composition of land circulation of farmers and analyzed the components of affect factors about land transfer objects.Meanwhile,Some suggestions are put forward that are conducive to the transfer of farmers,the production of large households and the promotion of scale management.In this paper,the selection of farmers' transfer objects is divided into large production households and small production households,and analyze the transfer of farmers to the object situation and the transfer of land.Through the descriptive analysis and the different test of the single factor variance analysis,we'll analyze the situation from four aspects,including farmers' basic characteristics,family characteristics,social characteristics and the characteristics of land transfer.The conclusions are following: First,the basic characteristics of farmers.There is no significant difference in the selection of farmers' transfer objects and the age and education degree of the transfer of land farmers;Second,the occupation of farmers.There are have significant differences in the choice of farmers' transfer objects.Third,the difference between farmers' age and education level is not clear.The family characteristics of farmers and the choice of the transfer objects have significant differences in the source of household income.As for the choice of the transferred object,there is no significant difference in whether the household has large machinery or not.In terms of household labor force,there is no significant difference between the number of migrant workers and the number of rural households neither.However,there is no effect on whether the peasant households go out and the choice of the peasant households.There is a significant differencein the choice of the peasant household as a village cadre for the transfer of the farmers.There is no significant difference between the transfer of the farmers' selection and the fertility of the land,and there are significant differences in the selection of the selected objects and the choice of the transfer objects,the transfer of the land channel and the location of the transfer objects.On this basis,the transformation and development model is proposed to support the diversification of the scale of management.And then play an active role in village collective about the rural land circulation,improve agricultural subsidies,promote agricultural production income,transfer the traditional land transfer mode,innovate cultivation mechanism,and accelerate the construction of new professional farmers.
