| The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes the need to comprehensively promote rural revitalization, pointing out that the most arduous task of building a socialist modernized country in all respects still lies in rural areas.Industrial revitalization is the primary task and focus of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,as well as an important foundation and development guarantee for rural revitalization. In this context, clarifying the process of integrating primary, secondary, and tertiary industries in rural areas, and deeply exploring the mechanism and path of promoting the prosperity of rural industries through the integration of rural industries,is of great significance, necessity, and urgency for accelerating the construction of a modern rural industrial system, promoting high-quality development of rural industries, cultivating new driving forces for rural development, expanding new space for farmers to increase income, and accelerating agricultural and rural modernization.Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,based on the theories of industrial economics,Development economics,Institutional economics and synergetics, this paper clarifies the connotation and characteristics of Integration of rural industries, and a systematic analysis was conducted on how various economic factors in economic growth serve as driving forces to promote the internalization of division of labor among rural industries, thereby promoting the internal mechanism of industrial integration. Therefore,a dynamic analysis framework for the Integration of rural industries was constructed. On the basis of building a theoretical analysis framework, the dynamic analysis framework of Integration of rural industries is verified by taking Zhanjiang City as an example through the combination of entropy method and Hacken model. The entropy method can determine the overall level of Integration of rural industries, while the Haken model can identify the dominant driving force, and the combination of the two can determine the integration mode of the corresponding region.Zhanjiang is an important agricultural city in South China, with obvious regional advantages, huge potential for rural industrial integration and abundant agricultural resources. As the research object of Integration of rural industries,Zhanjiang is typical and representative. The main research results indicate that the essence of the integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries in rural areas is the process of internalizing industrial division of labor by rural business entities to reduce transaction costs among various industries in rural areas, with the ultimate goal of achieving economic growth and increasing farmers’ income. It is the pursuit of economic benefits that manifests in the agricultural industry as the elimination of barriers to mutual entry between rural industries, the reduction of transaction costs, and the internalization of industrial division of labor. Therefore, the driving forces in economic growth theory are also the main driving factors for the integration of rural primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, which are also the main driving forces for the integration of rural industries.Under the influence of these driving forces, the process of industrial integration in the rural industrial system is actually a collaborative evolution of these driving subsystems, which have different impacts on the entire system from different dimensions, resulting in different integration modes,Therefore,by identifying the overall level of rural industry integration in a certain region and further identifying the dominant driving forces, the integration mode and development trend of rural industry integration in that region can be determined. Thus, targeted policies are formulated to promote the further development of rural industrial integration. |
