Against the backdrop of sustained and stable economic development and the continuous promotion of economic globalization in China,the consumption demand of Chinese residents has upgraded,and people’s consumption concepts have changed."Overseas shopping" has become a new choice for consumption.The cross-border e-commerce model developed based on Internet technology is causing significant changes in world trade,and cross-border e-commerce has become a highly competitive new business form in the field of international trade,while also bringing new opportunities for cross-border logistics.However,due to the particularity of cross-border transactions,cross-border e-commerce logistics issues are increasingly prominent,such as high transportation costs,long transportation cycles,and other issues.The emergence of the cross-border e-commerce bonded import model(the "Zhengzhou model")has greatly improved these issues,allowing platforms and businesses to complete the procurement of goods and international transportation processes in advance,greatly improving the efficiency of transportation.This article evaluates the quality of cross-border e-commerce logistics services under this model,finds out the shortcomings of services,and helps cross-border e-commerce platforms improve the quality of logistics services.Based on the customer’s perspective,this paper constructs a cross-border e-commerce logistics service quality evaluation system under the initial "Zhengzhou Model" based on the SERVQUAL model and LSQ model combined with the characteristics of the bonded import model.Through a questionnaire survey,data on respondents’ perceptions and expectations of logistics services under this model are obtained.Then,statistical methods such as project analysis and factor analysis are used to adjust the evaluation system,verify its reliability and validity,and determine an evaluation system with four dimensions of reliability and effectiveness,economic timeliness,flexible responsiveness,and guaranteed serviceability.The weight of each dimension and indicator is obtained through multiple regression analysis.In order to verify the practicality of the evaluation indicator system,two cases of Tmall Global and Xiaohongshu were introduced for empirical research to evaluate and analyze the logistics service quality of the two cross-border e-commerce platforms under this model.The evaluation results show that Tmall Global scored slightly higher than Xiaohongshu in the overall evaluation,but the perceived scores of the two platforms were lower than the expected scores,indicating that the logistics services of both platforms need to be improved under the evaluation system.Based on the evaluation results,dimensions and indicators with insufficient services were screened and improvement measures were proposed.Considering the limited resources of the platform during the service improvement process,this article uses the KANO model analysis method to clarify the quality attributes of the services to be improved from a qualitative perspective,comprehensively considering the service quality evaluation results and the attribution of quality attributes,and determines the priority of problem improvement.It has certain practical significance to provide improvement strategies for the logistics services of the two cross-border e-commerce platforms.It has certain practical significance.
