A Study On The Factors Influencing The Green Production Willingness Of Red Date Planters In Neihuang County

With the continuous development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people have also produced higher requirements for the quality and safety of agricultural products.In this context,agricultural green production has become an important measure to ensure the quality of agricultural products.As a new type of production mode,agricultural green production is an inevitable choice to achieve high-quality agricultural development.Henan Province is a major jujube producing province,and the cultivation of red dates is mainly distributed in Xinzheng,Neihuang,Xihua,Lingbao,Tongbai and other counties and cities,with a planting area of nearly 3 million mu.Huang County in Henan Province has a long history of red jujube cultivation,red jujube quality is excellent,named by the state as the "hometown of Chinese red dates",red jujube industry is the local pillar industry.In the future,the red jujube industry in Neihuang County will take the road of high-quality development,and it is inevitable to adhere to green quality and ensure green production and quality safety of red jujube.This article mainly focuses on jujube growers in Huangxian County as the research object,exploring the influencing factors of local jujube growers’ willingness to green production.First of all,by reading a large number of relevant literature at home and abroad,based on the farmer behavior theory,theory of planned behavior and green development theory,a questionnaire was designed to investigate jujube growers in Neihuang County.By sorting and summarizing the survey data,a binary logistic regression model is constructed,and empirical analysis is conducted on the influencing factors of green production willingness of jujube growers in Neihuang County.The empirical results indicate that age,village cadres,joining professional jujube cooperatives,government propaganda and training,government subsidy policies,understanding organic fertilizers,farmers’ expectations for income,participating in farmland protection training,and ecological environment protection awareness can all enhance the willingness of jujube farmers to engage in green production.Finally,based on the significant factors mentioned above,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: develop differentiated strategies for promoting green production methods;Strengthen publicity and training efforts to improve the awareness level of green production among jujube growers;The government will increase subsidies and support for green production of red dates,establish and improve a subsidy tracking and distribution system while providing long-term subsidies for green production behavior of red date growers;Promote organizational innovation in green production of red dates,actively cultivate professional cooperative operators,improve the degree of production organization,and further enhance the willingness of farmers to adopt green production methods;Strengthen the supervision of jujube production and establish relevant incentive and constraint mechanisms.
