Currently,the world economic status is disturbing,foreign trade companies are facing the unprecedented challenge,especially for many small and medium-sized foreign trade companies.Excellent team are able to make vigorous efforts to turn the tide when the company is in difficulty,that means,the competition between companies is the talent.The effective way to become competitive is having a scientific and strong operational performance management system.AS company has been established more than 5 years,the improvement of performance management is imminent,the company is undergoing talent loss,employee go-slow,the target of individual and company is unattainable.This article using the combination of quantitative data and qualitative data,analyzing the case with theory framework and related angle of view,studying the performance management of AS company,mainly including below several aspects: Firstly,based on the articles and basic theory related with performance management,then summarize the performance management of AS company.Secondly,using Q&A inquiry and one-on-one interview to analyze and study the current status of performance management,summarize the potential matters,find the root cause and point out the main reasons;Employees are lack of certain kind of perception of performance management,lack of high operational plan and performance communication,high staff turnover,no rational analysis and application of the performance result,lack of value development,etc.In the following pages,according to the real applications of the same trade and related angle of view,for corresponding problems,to make some certain kind of effective improvement of performance management,such as optimize key items of performance appraisal,optimize communication and feedback mechanism,optimize performance management process,deepen understanding toward performance management,enhance related training,cultivate employee’s awareness of learning and growth,identify the correct motivation of employees,building a performance culture and the effective application of performance result.The related optimizations follow the principle of fairness,integrity and win-win solution,Lastly,from training assurance,organizational restructuring,propaganda,performance qualification assurance,to make sure the related improvement measures come into effect,it’s vital to have a sustainable development for AS foreign trade company.Studying the performance management of AS foreign trade company,to find the related matters,analyze the root cause,according to the strategic development target,team goal,individual goal and the current real problems,this article points out the improvement measurements,hope to help the company improve the quality of personnel,increase the core competence,improve employee’s performance level,increase the company’s core competence,not only make the foundation of the sustainable development,but also provide the reference significance for other foreign trade companies.
