Research On The Influence Of The Establishment Cross-Border E-Commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone On The Optimization And Upgrading Of Industrial Structure

The comprehensive pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce assume important national development,research and pioneering strategy tasks,and play an essential role in facilitating the economic growth and industrial structure upgrading of various regions.While there are many researches on the impact of the establishment of comprehensive pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce on growth of local economy,few academics have measured quantitatively and analyzed its effect on the place industrial structure optimization and upgrading.This thesis firstly composes the relevant literature on the influence of special economic zones(including comprehensive pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce)on the place industrial structure optimization and upgrading,and then analyzes the mechanism of the policy of comprehensive cross-border e-commerce pilot zones d then analyzes the mechanism of the policy of comprehensive cross-border e-commerce pilot zones on the optimization and upgrade of industrial structure from three effects from three effects,such as the innovation drive,resources allocation and industry agglomeration,according to the economic growth pole theory,cluster theory and development theory of regional coordination;secondly,uses two indices of industrial structure rationalization and heightening,clump analysis,nuclear density estimation,global tendency analysis and other tools were used to analyze hierarchical and spatio-temporal differentiation of industrial structure optimization and upgrading in different parts of China;again,the double-difference econometric method was used to empirically analyze the policy effects of the comprehensive cross-border e-commerce pilot zone.The study finds that the comprehensive pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce have negative impact on the promotion of optimization of the main cities,and the policy effects of the first batch of comprehensive pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce are significantly better than those of the second batch;the pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce in coastal areas facilitate the streamlining and elevation of the industrial structure of the main cities,while the comprehensive pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce in inland areas only promote.Finally,relevant countermeasures are proposed in view of the existing problems,including improving the development mechanism of the integrated pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce,strengthening the infrastructure of cross-border e-commerce pilot zones,meeting the demand for talents in the integrated pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce,and optimizing the spatial layout of the integrated pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce,so as to more effectively exert the policy effect of the location-oriented policy of the integrated pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce.
