With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,people's demand for higher quality of life is also rising.In the field of life,consumer's overall demand for household products,caused the rise of the household market.At present,household industry each enterprise market competition intensifies day by day,but in the enterprise all competition,the competition of talented person is particularly intense,a lot of enterprises cannot find suitable talented person and anguish.Accordingly,how to choose outstanding talented person to be used for the enterprise,bring into play its biggest value,in the development that lives in the enterprise at present stage is having decisive effect.Company A,the research object of this paper,is A typical enterprise growing up with the development of the household industry.Due to its dominant position as A marketing company,it pays little attention to talent development and lacks systematicness and professionalism in the crucial selection of marketing management cadres,which affects the overall talent layout and development of the company.In this background,this paper based on the competency theory,using literature research,behavioral event interview method,panel method and other methods,by building A company marketing class management post competency model,and applies the model to the marketing class management personnel,the selection of in order to solve A company crisis and problems in talent selection.The main contents of this paper are divided into the following three aspects: first,based on the industry background and current situation of company A,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the selection of marketing management talents,so as to lead to A solution to the selection of marketing management talents through competency model construction.The second is to construct the competency model and study the specific contents of the competency model,including the indicators,grades and weights of the competency;Thirdly,according to the talent evaluation theory,A marketing management talent selection plan of company A was designed based on the competency model,and the overall selection plan was improved through the implementation of the selection plan and the presentation of results.By studying the construction and application of competency model,the following conclusions are drawn: the competency model of marketing management talents of A company is constructed,and 8 competency items applicable to marketing management talents of A company are obtained.The competency model of marketing management talents of A company can effectively solve the problem of talent selection and echelon construction in the sustainable growth stage of the enterprise.There are 7 figures,11 tables,and 46 reference articles in this paper.
