Study On The Paths Of Xi’an Manufacturing Industry’s High-quality Development Under The Background Of Digital Economy

The outline of the 14th Five-Year Plan stressed that the real economy should be regarded as the focal point of economic development and the high-quality development of China’s manufacturing industry should be accelerated.Xi’an is one of the major bases of our manufacturing industry.As the capital of a big manufacturing province,Xi ’an is actively practicing the high-quality development strategy of national manufacturing industry,and has better industrial basis and comparative advantages in development.The manufacturing industry has become the pillar industry of this region economy.However,in the increasingly complex and changeable digital economy environment,the high-quality development of its manufacturing industry still faces many challenges.How to promote the high quality development of Xi ’an manufacturing industry under the background of digital economy and how to explore the effective high quality development path of manufacturing industry has become an important practical problem to be solved urgently.This paper takes the manufacturing industry of Xi ’an as the research object,comprehensively uses the methods of literature analysis,field interview and questionnaire survey,comparative analysis and fishbone chart to study the current situation,existing problems,causes and promotion paths of the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in Xi’an under the background of digital economy.Firstly,on the basis of literature analysis,a five-dimensional analysis framework of "Four modernizations and one innovation" for high-quality development of manufacturing industry under the background of digital economy is constructed.Secondly,this paper analyzes the development status of Xi ’an manufacturing industry from four aspects:industrial scale,output value,overall spatial layout and spatial layout of key industries.Furthermore,according to the analysis framework of "Four modernizations and one innovation",The trend of its high quality development is analyzed from five aspects:innovation ability,digital development level,green development level,service development level and industrial chain clustering level.Then,the questionnaire survey method is used to investigate the bottleneck problems existing in the process of high-quality development of Xi ’an manufacturing industry under the background of digital economy,and the main problems are found in five aspects:(1)insufficient innovation driving force;(2)Great pressure of clean energy conversion and green development;(3)The level of digital development is not high;(4)The overall effect of service-oriented transformation is weak;(5)The benefits of industrial chain clustering are not obvious;Then,the author makes an exploratory analysis of the causes of the problems by using fishbone diagram.Finally,based on the analysis of the problems and causes of high-quality development of Xi ’an manufacturing industry under the digital economy,this paper puts forward the path of high-quality development of Xi ’an manufacturing industry,which is as follows:Promote scientific and technological innovation with innovation consortium as the center,promote manufacturing digitization with digital infrastructure construction as the basis,promote sustainable development of manufacturing industry with low-carbon and energy-saving technology as the means,broaden the service boundary of manufacturing industry with the two industries and the integration of the two industries as the starting point,accelerate the coordinated development of industrial clusters with key industries as the core,and improve the talent reference and retention mechanism to support the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry.The framework of "Four modernizations and one innovation" for the high-quality development of Xi ’an manufacturing industry under the background of digital economy provides a new dimension for the clear expression of the concept of high-quality development of manufacturing industry.Based on this framework,the present situation,existing problems and paths of high-quality development of Xi ’an manufacturing industry under the background of digital economy are studied.The research conclusions of this paper are of reference value for the relevant government management departments to formulate policies of high-quality development of manufacturing industry,and help to promote the high-quality development level of Xi’an manufacturing industry under the background of digital economy.
