Research On The Impact Of Producer Services Industry Agglomeration On Urban Green Development In China

Under the background of building a manufacturing power,China needs to accelerate the development of producer services,so as to realize the synergy between producer services and manufacturing,promote the establishment of national producer services agglomeration Park and promote higher-quality economic development.Therefore,producer services agglomeration has gradually become the industrial commanding point of high-quality economic development in various cities.At the same time,in the process of economic development,it is accompanied by the deteriorating ecological environment and the increasing consumption of scarce resources.Then,under the dual background of producer services agglomeration and deteriorating ecological environment,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to clarify the relationship between producer services agglomeration and green development.On the basis of combing the concept definition and relevant theories of producer services agglomeration and green development level,this paper attempts to analyze the impact of producer services agglomeration on China’s urban green development level from the national level and the level of Eastern,central and western regions.Firstly,this paper analyzes the mechanism of the agglomeration of producer services affecting the green development level from the two aspects of environmental regulation and scientific and technological level,calculates the agglomeration level of producer services by using location entropy,constructs a comprehensive index system of urban green development level,and calculates it by using entropy weight method;Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of producer services and green development,and summarizes their development trend and achievements.Finally,this paper constructs a dynamic panel model.Based on the macro panel data of 281 prefecture level cities and above in China,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of producer services agglomeration on green development and the impact path by using the System GMM model,and makes a robustness and heterogeneity analysis.In addition,it also explores the impact path.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the impact of producer services agglomeration on the level of green development is first restrained and then promoted,showing a positive "U" shape;(2)According to the different geographical location,the agglomeration of producer services in the eastern and central regions plays a greater role in green development than in the western region;(3)This paper divides producer service industry agglomeration into basic type,supporting type,high-end type and low-end type.It is found that the impact of supporting type and high-end producer service industry agglomeration on green development is greater than that of basic type and low-end type;(4)This paper constructs a panel empirical model to explore the possible path of producer services agglomeration affecting green development,and finds that environmental regulation and scientific and technological level are the transmission path of producer services agglomeration affecting green development.Based on the basic conclusions,some targeted suggestions are put forward.
