The Research On Risk Management Improvement Of Overseas Complete Equipment Projects For Hunan Overseas Construction & Engineering Corporation

With the further deepening of reform and opening up,China’s economic and technological level has been rapidly improved.China’s "one belt,one road" initiative has accelerated the pace of Chinese enterprises’ "going global".Taking advantage of this initiative,the business of overseas complete equipment export project of Hunan Foreign Economic Engineering Corporation has developed rapidly.Accordingly,the project cycle,project complexity and uncertain factors have also increased.The previous non systematic and experience based risk management model of overseas complete equipment project has not adapted to the current demand and future development situation,It is imperative to improve the project risk management system in a scientific way.Firstly,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of risk management of overseas equipment complete set project of Hunan Foreign Economic Engineering Company and summarizes its existing problems,and then adopts the way of investigation and interview based on the relevant theories and methods of project risk management,especially overseas project risk management,combined with the characteristics,content and process of overseas equipment complete set project,Taking the Ethiopian paper mill project of Hunan Foreign Economic Engineering Company as specific case,this paper studies the improvement scheme of risk management of the company’s overseas equipment complete set project.Following the principles of comprehensiveness,systematicness,scientificity and emphasis,this paper puts forward improvement schemes in four aspects of risk identification,evaluation,response and monitoring of overseas equipment complete set projects,puts forward a specific project risk identification list,establishes a risk matrix model to determine the risk level,and from the aspects of organization,report The guarantee measures for the implementation of the improvement scheme are put forward in terms of information and environment.The research results of this paper are intended to serve the construction of the risk dynamic management and control system of the company’s overseas equipment complete set project.It can not only meet the practical needs of the company’s future business development,but also provide reference for Chinese engineering contracting enterprises in risk management of similar overseas projects.
