| Establishing a set of talent training program suitable for China’s national conditions is not only the only way for the development of China’s current economic and society,but also the internal need for the sustainable development of China’s chain catering companies.Therefore,this has become the top priority in the operation of the company.Improving efficiency and sustainable operation have become the core topics that many catering enterprises are most concerned about,and all these depend on an effective and efficient human resources support system.The rational distribution and use of personnel is the basis and guarantee for the whole enterprise to maintain healthy operation,especially for the chain catering industry.So more and more chain restaurants focus on the establishment of the human resources support system with their own characteristics.This study takes the human resource support system of the local catering chain enterprise in Jinan called C as the research object,using the method of questionnaire.1025 employees from 19 branches and 116 stores in Jinan are investigated and analyzed,and the main problems of C human resources support system are found.Firstly,the matching of personnel and posts was unreasonable.Employees get more workload and greater work pressure because of the epidemic.Secondly,the insufficient support from functional departments to employees and the lack of comparative service guarantee affect efficiency and effectiveness.Thirdly,the competitive atmosphere of stores is too strong,which is unfavourable to the training of employees.Fourthly,employees’ psychological sense of security is low,resulting in employees can not devote themselves to work.Fifthly,employees’ general self-efficacy is low,which can not be linked with their own ability improvement.Last but not the least,employees’ recognition of the team is not high.Based on the causes mentioned above,the author brings up the corresponding marketing tactics based on HR and organization behaviour.Firstly,establishing the personnel-post matching systerm is very necessary,appropriately reducing the pressure of employees and improving the personnel-post matching mechanism so that no more unnecessary pressure to employees is caused due to things other than work.At the same time,attention should be paid to different work of each position such as store foreman,reserve manager etc.Secondly,capacity improvement systerm should be established,building employees’ career planning,development and learning channels to help them grow.Thirdly,training systerm should be build,enhancing the professional education in the sercive systerm and team construction and ensuring the quality and quantity of training all the time.Fourthly,service guarantee systerm should be established,enhancing the support and training provided by the headquarters to each store to promote the work support of functional departments.Fifthly,to implement humanistic care.through the reform of the scheduling system,the organization of activities,the promotion of employee health care plan and other ways to enhance employees’ psychological sense of security and enhance organizational identity.To sum up,the research on the improvement of human resources support system in chain catering industry can improve the work efficiency of employees,enhance their civic behavior,and improve their job embeddedness at the same time,providing references to the human resource management of similar chain catering industry. |
