Starting from the current phenomena of high work pressure, short of perceived organizational support, job burnout of accountant, take them as research object , work out the questionnaire of work pressure, short of perceived organizational support and job burnout, carry out the pretest. Analyse the items of the questionnaire with the method of independent samples T-test. Analyse the structure validity and content validity of the questionnaire with the method of factor analysis and correlation analysis, also analyse the reliability of the questionnaire withαcoefficient and the questionnaire shows better reliability. Through the analysis of the formal questionnaire, point out the status of work pressure, short of perceived organizational support and job burnout of the accountant. identify the relationship among them, release the countermeasures which can ease the job burnout from the point of work pressure and perceived organizational support: through cultivating interest in learning and easing the work load; standardizing the implementation on the principle of fairness; reducing ineffective sense through upgrading accounting department and expanding the developing space; weakening sense of depletion alleviating and fair reward and punishment; reducing the sense of alienation through communication and outreach; reducing ineffective sense through Career planning.
