Study On The Influence And Promotion Path Of Rural Pension Service Demand In Gushi County

The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China expounds the development direction of the pension industry and the pension industry from the perspective of improving the well-being of the people ’s livelihood and improving the quality of people ’s life,actively responds to the national strategy of population aging,develops the pension industry and the pension industry,optimizes the service for the elderly,and promotes the realization of the basic pension service for all the elderly.The problem of rural old-age care has become an important factor restricting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and the high-quality development of urban-rural integration.The rural areas of Gushi County are affected by factors such as labor force output and shrinking family structure.The aging situation is more severe,and the rural elderly have a greater demand for old-age care services.The rural old-age care service industry needs rapid development.Based on the demand of rural old-age service in Gushi County,this paper studies the influencing factors of rural old-age service demand.The research mainly focuses on three main lines : First,from the field survey to understand the development of existing rural old-age services in Gushi County;the second is to analyze the problems and demand influencing factors of rural old-age care services in Gushi County.On the basis of the above research conclusions,the development path of rural old-age care services is proposed.First of all,read and sort out the relevant literature on rural old-age care services to lay a theoretical research foundation.This paper summarizes the literature research on rural old-age service at home and abroad,defines the related research concepts such as rural old-age service and rural old-age service demand,and constructs the theoretical framework of rural old-age service demand impact research based on multiple welfare theory and social support theory.Secondly,the field survey of rural old-age care services in Gushi County was conducted,and the research data were obtained by means of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.The general situation of old-age care in the study area and the current situation of old-age care services in rural areas were expounded.Descriptive analysis and satisfaction evaluation analysis were carried out using survey data,and problems in rural old-age care services were found.In terms of the influencing factors of rural elderly care service demand,it is found that the personal factors,family factors and emotional factors of the rural elderly have an impact on the demand for rural elderly care services.Finally,based on the problems existing in the demand for rural elderly care services in Gushi County and the influencing factors of the demand for road maintenance services,the development path of rural elderly care services is proposed.Through the research on the influencing factors of the demand for old-age services,this paper puts forward suggestions on enriching old-age services,giving full play to the allocation of resources,increasing old-age security and improving the level of old-age services for the three levels of daily life care,medical assistance and spiritual comfort,so as to promote the development of rural old-age care and help the elderly enjoy their old age.
