is the most complicated and difficult,so it is urgent to find a solution.Based on Maslow’s theory of hierarchy of needs,social embeddedness theory and welfare pluralism theory,this paper investigates the current development status of the main old-age care models in rural Heilongjiang Province by using literature research method,questionnaire and field survey method,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.At present,the elderly population in rural Heilongjiang Province is growing at a large rate and the population is aging rapidly,and the aging of the rural population is becoming increasingly serious and the burden of old-age care is increasing.At present,the rural elderly care model in Heilongjiang Province is mainly based on family elderly care model,community elderly care model and institutional elderly care model,but the development of the current elderly care model is still facing certain problems,the development of family elderly care model is facing the problems of miniaturization of rural family structure,gradual imbalance of rural family structure,and gradual weakening of the function of traditional filial culture;the development of rural community elderly care model is facing the problems of insufficient supply of professional services and inadequate infrastructure of elderly care services.The development of rural community home-care model faces the problems of insufficient supply of professional services,incomplete infrastructure of elderly care services and unsound system guarantee;the promotion and construction of rural institutional elderly
