In order to improve the utilization efficiency of scientific and educational resources,integrate scientific and technological strength,share scientific and technological resources,gather innovative talents,improve independent innovation ability,and promote science and technology integrate with the economy,China has elevated "collaborative innovation" to the level of national strategy.In the context of technological and economic globalization,it has been proved that the innovation mode of open,cooperation and sharing is an important way to effectively improve the innovation efficiency.From the micro point of view,collaborative innovation refers to a new paradigm in which scientific research teams break team barriers,give full play to their respective capabilities and advantages,integrate complementary resources,realize complementary advantages of all parties,and improve their own innovation ability.The scientific research talents are the key elements of the scientific research achievements,and the positive psychological state(e.g.,psychological capital)play an important role in searching for the truth and striving for Excellence of the scientific research team members.At the same time,under the management mode of Group system,lack of effective communication and cooperation between scientific research teams,is the important factor of the scientific research project execution process and output efficiency.As the important basis of the development of technology,knowledge collaboration,which configure the knowledge resources effectively and make full use of the knowledge,not only can help researchers understand the research progress of related discipline or theoretical breakthrough,but also obtain the required knowledge to realize academic innovation or solve the problem of scientific research through the communication and cooperation,efficient utilization of resources.Therefore,track and study the research team,analyze positive psychological capital status of the team,and analyze knowledge coordination level,reveal the relationship between team positive psychological capital,team knowledge collaboration,and collaborative innovation performance,make great significance in strengthening scientific research strength and competitiveness of the team,promoting sustained and healthy development of the team,improving scientific research performance level of the team,promoting the sustainable development of the scientific research career.Based on this,the study tries to take scientific research team as the research object,use literature analysis,questionnaire survey method and empirical analysis,to establish the research model and hypothesis development of psychological capital,knowledge collaboration,and collaborative innovation performance of scientific research teams.On the basis of the maturity scale of scholars at home and abroad for reference,combine with the actual need,this study design a questionnaire study on the relationship between psychological capital,knowledge collaboration,and collaborative innovation performance.The study use the statistical software SPSS 23.0 to test the reliability and validity,make descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis and the intermediary function test of the collected sample data,according to the above analysis to test the hypotheses.The results show that:(1)Team psychological capital has a significant positive effect on team collaborative innovation performance;(2)Team psychological capital has a significant positive influence on team knowledge collaboration;(3)Team knowledge collaboration has a significant positive influence on team collaborative innovation performance;(4)Team knowledge collaborative has a mediating role in relationship between team psychological capital and collaborative innovation performance.Based on the above conclusion,the study pay attention to the psychological capital level of the scientific research team,intervene and train the psychological capital to improve it,and promote team collaborative knowledge,so as to provide reference for promoting the sustained and healthy development of scientific research team,improving scientific research performance level of the team,promoting the sustainable development of the scientific research career.
