| At present,emerging digital technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,Internet of Things,and cloud computing are driving the vigorous development of the digital economy.Coupled with the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic in early2020,the trend of enterprise standardization and digitization is accelerating.For the manufacturing industry,digital transformation is becoming an inevitable choice for enterprise development,and an important goal in the process of digital transformation is to realize the digitalization of supply chain.Most manufacturing enterprises continue to learn digital technology,introduce digital infrastructure,cultivate digital talents,and strive to build a traditional supply chain into a high-level digital supply chain to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.However,there is no comprehensive index evaluation system to evaluate the digital level of the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises,which makes it impossible for enterprises to have a precise understanding of the digital transformation level of their own supply chain,thus affecting the subsequent digital development of the supply chain.In response to this problem,this paper has carried out related research.First of all,this paper adopts the literature research method.On the basis of previous studies,the level of supply chain digitization is divided into two levels,namely,enterprise support behavior and enterprise supply chain digitization status.Then use the Delphi method to filter the subordinate indicators,and ultimately build a manufacturing enterprise supply chain digitization level evaluation index system which contains 2 concept layers,8key process areas and 22 influencing factors.The index system is based on the enterprise,involving the first-level suppliers and first-level customers closely related to the enterprise.Secondly,on the basis of the constructed evaluation index system,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to give each weight to the 32 evaluation indexes of supply chain digitization level.Then,based on the cloud model theory,the cloud model of the evaluation index system of supply chain digitization level of manufacturing enterprises is constructed,and the evaluation cloud model and evaluation cloud map of qualitative evaluation are established for subsequent evaluation.Finally,this paper takes Hangzhou Beiyinmei Group Co.,Ltd.as the object,using the evaluation model to evaluate the digital level of enterprise supply chain.Through calculation and comparison of each index cloud map and its similarity and membership,it is determined that the supply chain digitization level of Beyoncé enterprises has reached a’ higher ’ level,among which architecture support,digital technology application,warehousing digitization and marketing digitization have reached a ’ higher ’ level.Then according to the evaluation results,this paper puts forward the follow-up development suggestions for the digital transformation of supply chain of Beyoncé.Based on the AHP analytic hierarchy process and cloud model evaluation method,this paper constructs the evaluation model of supply chain digitization level of manufacturing enterprises,which has certain rationality and practicability.It can provide manufacturing enterprises with transformation enlightenment on supply chain digitization,and has certain reference significance for subsequent research. |
