| With the support of various policies of the Chinese government,continuous breakthroughs in high and new technologies,and the advent of new technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and blockchain,great changes have taken place in the economy and society,and the business model of enterprises has also been reshaped.After decades of continuous growth of China’s sports industry,2011 ushered in its adjustment period.The growth rate of corporate performance declined significantly.In addition,many foreign brands such as Nike and Adidas are also impacting the domestic sports consumption market.Competition is fierce among the sports industry.At the same time,the standard of living of the people is constantly improving,and so is consumption.People’s consumption needs no longer meet the basic functional needs,but tend to be diversified.The pursuit of sportswear began to change from practicality to personalization and fashion.With the help of the Internet wave to upgrade the informatization of enterprises,the use of big data,cloud computing and other technologies to make enterprise operations more "smart" has become a new breakthrough in the sports industry in the digital age.As a veteran sports brand with a long history in my country,L Company once fell from the throne of the first domestic sports brand between 2010 and 2014 due to its lack of keen awareness of the market and its inability to accurately predict consumer demand,resulting in serious losses.After founder return in 2015,he proposed the concept of "Internet +" and officially started digital transformation.Through the layout of omni-channel operations,the creation of dual platform based enterprise data for intelligent decision-making,and the optimization of logistics and distribution systems,the efficiency of channels has been improved,and rapid response has been established.The supply chain has effectively reversed the business decline of the enterprise.With the efforts of L,the problem of unsalable inventory in the past has been greatly improved,the operating income has also continued to increase,the company market influence and market status continue to improve,this paper analyzes the L company digital transformation of the specific measures,a balanced scorecard system was constructed to evaluate the performance of L Company digital transformation from four dimensions.Compared with the post-transformation and peers,it is found that Li performs well in both financial performance indicators and non-financial performance indicators after the transition.The performance evaluation score of Li in 2020 is also calculated according to the analytic hierarchy process,and the digitalization of L is obtained.The conclusion of the positive effect of enterprise performance under the background of transformation,it is proposed that the sports industry should actively carry out digital transformation,maintain efficient inventory turnover,and attach importance to supply chain management.Suggestions for the digital transformation of the same industry and even the retail industry relevant experience and reference. |
