With the fifth retail industry reform in full swing,on the one hand,the traditional retail industry has been in a continuous downturn,on the other hand,the emerging online retail enterprises have developed rapidly,but the development momentum is also gradually declining.In this context,how to deeply explore and connect the relationship between traditional retail and Internet retail,and develop new retail,has become the key to the sustainable development of the retail industry.As one of the main forces of the retail industry,garment enterprises are exploring new ways of retail.PEACEBIRD adheres to the new retail mode of "direct sale + franchise + e-commerce" with the whole network coordination,multi-channel and three-dimensional access to consumers,creates the "cloud warehouse" digital commodity management system,realizes the high-speed and orderly circulation of commodities between different channels.At the same time of retail innovation,in order to more accurately and scientifically reflect the results of enterprise performance and apply them to practice,taipingbird company is required to improve and upgrade the original performance evaluation method.Based on the comparative analysis of a variety of current popular performance evaluation methods,this paper intends to use the balanced scorecard method to build the performance evaluation system of PEACEBIRD company.Whether it is the accuracy and scientificity of PEACEBIRD 's own new retail model performance evaluation or the upgrading and transformation of performance evaluation methods of other enterprises in the clothing industry,it has reference and improvement significance.Based on the specific cases of PEACEBIRD 's new retail model,this paper collects and sorts out relevant data and information,analyzes the motivation and specific path of Taiping bird's new retail by combining theory with practice,and then explores the feasibility,necessity and specific system construction scheme of the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation method according to the actual situation.Finally,it summarizes the experience and shortcomings for the new retail transformation of other clothing industries It can provide useful reference for the upgrading of performance evaluation methods.The conclusion shows that the balanced scorecard method is applicable to the new retail mode of clothing industry,and it has more advantages in comprehensiveness,scientificity and quantitative analysis thanthe traditional method,and it is also more suitable for the transformation and upgrading of the clothing industry.
