Study On The Performance Of Su Ningyun Transformation Strategy Based On The Balanced Scorecard

In recent years,the traditional retail market in China has been in a continuous downturn.Whether it is a department store,a supermarket or a household appliance,the operating conditions of all kinds of retail enterprises are not optimistic.In contrast,with the advent of the Internet age,all aspects of people's lives have been affected by the Internet.In this case,the rapid development of network retail enterprises has caused serious impact on the traditional retail enterprises.In this case many domestic trouble and foreign invasion,the traditional retail enterprises began to seek transformation.Su ningyun to explore the method of traditional retail business transformation,through continuous exploration,finally proposed the cloud provider model,namely "store + electricity + retail service providers".Su ningyun as the traditional home appliance retail industry of China's leading enterprises,at the same time as the pioneer of retail industry restructuring,research on its transformation,can provide valuable reference and reference value for the transformation of other traditional retail enterprises.How to integrate existing resources in traditional retailing,combine the characteristics and advantages of the Internet,and make strategic innovation in marketing mode and business mode has become a strategic subject that must be studied.To Su ningyun transformation strategy for the specific case,collect relevant data,using the method of combining theory and practice,analysis of the specific path of Su ningyun transformation strategy,explore the reasons of transformation,using the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation framework of transformation,and then found the successful experience of Su Ningyun's transformation in the process and existing problems.Finally,give some suggestions for the problems facing the transformation of the traditional retail business,in order to provide a reference for the transition of traditional retail business problems.The results show that the Su ningyun in customer perspective,internal process perspective and learning and growth level of performance is good,however,are affected by the industry downturn and the transformation of "labor pains",the financial performance of Su ningyun is not satisfactory,but compared with the same industry financial performance of Su ningyun are still in the leading position industry.
