It can not only optimize the spatial development pattern of villages and improve the development level and efficiency,but also provide scientific basis for the classification and rational development of village land use.At present,domestic and foreign research on the suitability evaluation and pattern optimization of village construction land focuses on urban or town construction land,while the concept,theory,method,system and practice of village construction land are still in the exploration stage.This thesis selects 50 villages in the Chuzhou municipal district,a typical urban-rural area,as the research object,and carries out research on the suitability evaluation of village building land,optimization of layout patterns and guarantee implementation measures,in order to guide the scientific and reasonable layout of village building land,to carry out village planning practice and refine the regional territorial spatial planning "three zones and three lines " The research results show that The research results show that(1)The suitability of village construction land is general,and the whole study area is divided into four categories: suitable,more suitable,generally suitable and unsuitable according to the results of village construction land suitability evaluation.Among them,the general suitability zone is the main one,with an area of 261.98 hm2,accounting for 38.63%of the total area of the study area;the unsuitable zone and the more suitable zone account for 27.56% and 18.21% respectively;the suitable zone only has an area of 105.84 hm2,accounting for 15.61% of the total area of the region.In terms of spatial location,the overall pattern is "high in the east southwest and low in the south northeast",with the suitable areas mainly in Xijian Street and the unsuitable areas mainly in Shiji Town,and the overall humanland relationship in the study area is in a long-term harmonious state.(2)predicted that by 2035 the study area village construction land scale 729.23 hm2,combined with the current spatial distribution of village construction land suitability,taking into account the Chuzhou land use policy and indicators,from the east,central and southwest,the study area village construction land pattern optimization.The eastern high suitability area to adopt the rural urbanization model to optimize the layout of the "cluster" type,the central low suitability area to adopt the "vacate the village to reduce the land" model to continuously improve the level of intensive land use,the southwest of the medium suitability relying on location conditions and economic development conditions of the village to form a better the "central village" layout model.(3)The main idea is to adjust the quantity structure and spatial structure of village construction land,and propose strategies for optimizing village construction land.Firstly,to promote the implementation of policies,establish a targeted "linkage increase and decrease" system,fully explore the inherent potential of village construction land,and take the preparation of village planning as an opportunity to promote the effective implementation of "integration of multiple regulations";secondly,to establish a comprehensive management and supervision mechanism,implement a dynamic Third,optimize the planning work,adhere to the unity of integrated planning and local conditions,listen to the voices of villagers,protect the rights and interests of villagers,and choose the village development mode suitable for the region for implementation.
