| Due to the rapid development of the internet finance industry,the demand for technical personnel has skyrocketed.Behind this phenomenon is not only the continuous iteration of internet technology,but also a reflection of the country’s policies to promote consumption.M Internet Finance Company has a close relationship with the development of internet technology and a relatively single business characteristic.Under this rapid development,M Internet Finance Company quickly discovered its own problems and immediately adjusted its strategic goals.By decomposing strategic objectives,M Company relies on its IT personnel for product development,front-end app development,and R&D quality testing.In recent years,with the growth of M Internet Finance Company’s business and the intensification of research and development tasks,the demand for IT personnel recruitment has significantly increased.If M Internet Finance Company wants to achieve its strategic goals,it first needs to address the recruitment needs of IT personnel.However,during the recruitment process of IT personnel,M Internet Finance Company’s recruitment problems gradually emerge.This article takes IT personnel as the research object,and the research sample is M Internet Finance Company.With the guidance of relevant theoretical research and combined with the actual situation of the company,the current situation of IT personnel recruitment is summarized through questionnaire research and personnel interviews.Based on this situation,the following research conclusions are drawn in this article.(1)Identified issues with IT personnel recruitment.M Internet Finance Company has six problems in the recruitment process of IT personnel: narrow selection of recruitment channels,poor coordination of recruitment planning and standards,low efficiency of interview processes,unprofessional recruitment personnel,lack of systematic evaluation of recruitment effectiveness,and lack of prevention of recruitment and employment risks.(2)Analyzed the reasons for the recruitment of IT personnel.The reasons for the recruitment problems of IT personnel in M Internet Finance Company are: insufficient recruitment channels,unreasonable recruitment planning and standards,lack of standardized interviews and evaluation standards,insufficient investment in recruitment personnel,incomplete management,and lack of emphasis on recruitment effectiveness evaluation.(3)We have developed optimization measures for IT personnel recruitment.In order to solve the problems in the IT personnel recruitment process of M Internet Finance Company mentioned above,this article proposes targeted optimization strategies for IT personnel recruitment,in order to establish a set of recruitment management methods that are suitable for the company’s actual situation.Mainly including the establishment of recruitment channels,selection and retention,as well as a sound internal incentive system to expand recruitment channels;Develop sound recruitment plans and refined job descriptions to improve recruitment planning and standards;Establish quality models,conduct quality assessments,and conduct structured interviews to optimize interview methods;Improve the professional quality of recruiters and choose to cultivate high-quality recruitment and selection teams to form efficient recruitment teams;Optimize recruitment results evaluation indicators,promote recruitment channel evaluation,and optimize recruitment satisfaction evaluation to strengthen recruitment evaluation;Conduct background checks on newly hired employees and sign non compete agreements with senior departing employees to strengthen employment risk countermeasures. |
