| In the context of rapid global economic growth,the competition between enterprises has become more intense,and it is not only limited to the competition of technical level.In order to pursue long-term development,more and more enterprises gradually begin to pay attention to the construction of corporate culture,hoping to improve business performance through excellent corporate culture.Based on this,this paper takes K Metro Company as the research object,explore the internal relationship between corporate culture and business performance,and finally puts forward suggestions on the optimization of corporate culture.In order to achieve the above goals,This paper draws on Denison’s model of organizational culture traits and refers to mature business performance measurement systems at home and abroad.Based on the current situation of corporate culture construction and business performance of K Metro Company,it is found that the corporate culture of K Metro Company is characterized by rigid hierarchy,superficial and lacking in features.The business performance has the characteristics of good overall performance,but the business income performance is not ideal.This paper establishes a theoretical model for the impact of four corporate cultural characteristics--consistency,adaptability,participation and sense of mission on business performance and puts forward theoretical hypotheses.Then,a questionnaire is designed to investigate K Metro Company.It is found that the corporate culture of K Metro Company and its four cultural characteristics will have a significant positive impact on business performance.Finally,it is pointed out that K Metro Company should further improve and optimize its corporate culture from three aspects: rules and regulations construction,team spirit construction and corporate image construction.This paper adds the empirical research on the influence of domestic corporate culture on business performance in theory and expands the research on business performance of our urban rail transit operating enterprises.In practice,it provides effective suggestions for the construction of corporate culture of K Metro Company,and provides reference for the construction of corporate culture of peers. |
