Enterprise cultures are key factors that influence enterprise performances.Especially due to the constantly changing market environment of those enterprises and the condition that period of validity of enterprise environmental analysis results concluded by enterprises before making their corporate strategies is greatly shortened,functions of enterprise cultures with long-term directions on stabilization of enterprise development directions seem extremely prominent.As is known to all,family businesses are of obvious features,from which special enterprise cultures are derived.Because there are special behaviors during operational processes of family businesses,influences of family business cultures on their performances are even more prominent.Then,how family business cultures affect enterprise performances and how to formulate enterprise cultures in accordance with development stages based on physical truths of those enterprises to guarantee enterprise developments are problems both faced by academic circles and to be urgently solved by business managers.Finally,with enterprise performances of W Group promoted by its enterprise cultures as template,construction scheme of its family enterprise cultures has been put forward from three angles,namely principles of enterprise culture construction,necessity of breaking malpractices of family business cultures and detailed dimensions of family business cultural constructions.With W Group as research object and through summarizing formation and inheritance of its “harmony” culture,deep analyses are made from four dimensions,namely material,behavior,system and spirit,which lay foundations for detailed discussions about “studies on influence factors of enterprise cultures on family business performances”.Next,aggregate analyses are made on external environment,internal resources,capacity conditions and corporate targets of W Group as well as its routes and measures to realize its goals,through which weak links in constructions of its family business cultures are viewed.Meanwhile,how enterprise cultures affect enterprise performances is analyzed in details from angles of stakeholders,namely staff and cooperators.
