How to accelerate the development of this sector is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.Because of that Policymakers,governments,and the general public pay close attention to the health,stability and sustainability of biopharmaceuticals.Walvax is a biopharmaceutical company.This article analyzes the company’s performance evaluation index system,discusses its shortcomings,and evaluates it’s performance from a triple performance perspective,and puts forward some suggestions.Firstly,based on an investigation of the current situation of Walvax’s performance evaluation,it was found that Walvax excessively focused on economic benefits and ignored other stakeholders other than shareholders,which could have an impact on the sustainable development of the company.Then,based on a threefold baseline,combined with Walvax’s expectations and demands,a performance evaluation system is designed to assess the "economic,environmental,and social" aspects to ensure that the interests of all parties are fully protected.In this paper,by applying the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to empower and combining with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the performance of Walvax has been evaluated itemized and comprehensively.The results objectively indicate that there is still much room for improvement in the environmental and social performance of enterprises compared to economic performance.Finally,To further support corporate sustainability,a series of effective countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,from the economic,environmental,social,and comprehensive levels of the enterprise,combined with its own management practices,to formulate effective measures.In order to promote the implementation of triple performance,it is recommended to establish a dedicated social responsibility agency to ensure that it can effectively implement and maintain corporate responsibility.In addition,this will also help companies disclose detailed and comprehensive data to meet various communication needs.At the same time,make full use of the support of the government and the media to play the role of external influence and supervision,and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.The research hopes to provide some reference for the development of similar biopharmaceutical companies,thereby promoting the healthy development of the industry.
