Research On Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Of Petroleum Enterprises Based On Triple Performance Theory

As a pillar industry in China’s energy industry,the development of the oil industry has an impact on China’s national economy,social harmony and the virtuous cycle of the environment.At present,the world economy is still in the depth adjustment period after the financial crisis.The world economy is growing slowly,increasing international oil prices low,the domestic oil and gas demand is slow,market competition,global climate,environment and energy problems worsening,these factors make the overall performance of China’s petroleum enterprises have a certain effect.The economic development of petroleum enterprises cannot be separated from the support of the society and the environment.Therefore,this dissertation evaluated the overall performance of China’s oil companies,from the perspective of economic,social and environmental impact on the performance of oil companies.Based on the three performance theory,this dissertation establishes a comprehensive performance evaluation index system of petroleum enterprises from the following three aspects:economic performance,social performance and environmental performance.In addition,the dissertation uses the improved catastrophe progression method to calculate and evaluate the comprehensive performance of petroleum enterprises.Then,according to the results of the comprehensive performance evaluation,the dissertation establishes the evaluation model and dynamic coordination degree evaluation model of the comprehensive performance of petroleum enterprises.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the overall performance of petroleum enterprises is evaluated.According to the selection of economic performance,environmental performance and social performance indicators,the dissertation establishes a comprehensive performance evaluation index system of petroleum enterprises.Using this index system of Chinese petroleum,Sinopec,CNOOC and Sinochem Group Chinese four petroleum enterprises comprehensive performance,static coordination degree and dynamic coordination degree calculation and analysis.According to the results of calculation and analysis,the author further evaluated the overall performance of the four oil companies,and put forward the corresponding strategies to improve the performance of the oil companies.The dissertation on the basis of economic performance,environmental performance and social performance indicators related to choose the basis,establish the corresponding oil enterprise integrated performance evaluation index system,Chinese petroleum,Sinopec,CNOOC and Sinochem Group Chinese,four representative oil enterprise comprehensive performance,static calculation and analysis of the coordination degree and dynamic coordination degree,according to the results of calculation and analysis to further evaluate the overall comprehensive performance level,four oil companies according to the evaluation results,put forward the corresponding oil enterprise comprehensive performance improvement strategy.
