A Comprehensive Evaluation And Improving Research On Triple Performance In A Communication Corporation

The year 2016 is the beginning year of the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development Program and also the first year of "the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development" come in to action.In China,communication enterprises are of vital importance in the process of implementing sustainable development strategy.The Chinese government pays highly attention on communication industry development and its supporting function to other relative industries,this point has explicitly proposed as national strategy "cyber power"in the 13th Five-Year Plan.Nowadays,China is fast-forwarding into the digital era,in which the network traffic has surging demand;the development of broadband has huge potential;the"ubiquitous connection" has become the most important feature.Communication enterprises are facing both rare opportunity and grave challenges.In the meantime,how to promote enterprise performance has become a heated topic in our society.To meet the sustainable strategy requirements,enterprises' development should take not only economic performance,but also social and environmental performance into consideration.Hence designing a scientific and reasonable triple performance project for Communication enterprises'comprehensive evaluation is of urgent need.This paper targets on a communication enterprise S,using literature research method and case analysis;defining triple performance as economic performance,social performance and environmental performance;applying static performance measurement,statically balanced degree and dynamically coordinating degree evaluation to commence the comprehensive evaluation for this corporation.After the assessment,it is been found that the overall level of triple performance in this corporation is decreasing annually.Considering the fact that the static balance and dynamic coordination degree evaluation are relatively better,whereas the static performance level is below the bar,the paper specifically provides several solutions as follows:actively respond to government's call,help realize targeted poverty alleviation,protect client information,focus on quality in product service,promote energy saving,elevate"green operation" level,enhance staff's personal ability and quality,improve all-rounded elite incentive mechanism,expand market developmental space,and raise capital turnover efficiency.These solutions are served to push the sustainable development in fellow communication enterprises and help society finish stepping into the digital era.
