Research On DH Warehousing Company Intelligent Warehousing Management

With the advent of the Internet era,China’s economic development is relatively stable,information communication is increasingly close and convenient,the NB-io T has also developed,and has been widely practiced and applied in various industries.Warehousing is a very important link in the logistics link.Warehousing plays a role as a bridge and link between producers,trade operators and consumers.The effectiveness of warehouse management is mainly reflected in the realization of information integration,help customers optimize inventory,reduce operating costs,improve their own system,so as to achieve the improvement of efficiency of storage enterprises.But the traditional warehouse management did not keep up with the pace of development,manual ledger records information,inventory information and other means,continued for decades of management mode,still exist in most of the daily management of the warehouse.The old management mode of high cost,low efficiency and low accuracy has seriously affected the daily work and operation of the warehouse.How to improve the operating efficiency of the storage company,improve the storage management level of the storage company,and reduce the cost are the big problems facing many storage companies at present.In order to solve the above problems,this paper summarizes the theoretical progress and application of warehouse management,intelligent and intelligent warehouse management,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Information,collection of DH company warehouse management present situation,using interview method,the DH company’s warehouse management,field work personnel and related business personnel interview,the interview result of typical statements derived inductive,sums up the problems existing in the management status of DH company,aiming at these problems,choose corresponding io T technology,Put forward the corresponding solution--adopt the intelligent warehouse management system.On the general structure of the intelligent warehouse management system and process,the function module and intelligent modules,hardware facilities and software facilities to carry on the design,at the same time,back to the warehouse layout planning and functional zoning,redesigned to adjust the current warehouse management system,readjust the talent cultivation,and the assessment system was designed again,It provides a corresponding guarantee for the implementation of the intelligent warehouse management system.The intelligent warehouse management scheme of DH company proposed in this paper will help DH warehouse company to solve its own problems in warehouse management,and provide reference for other similar enterprises or enterprises with similar problems.
