Based on the warehouse operation process of S Group's finished product warehouse,the paper mainly did research on design the intelligent warehouse management system with deep integration of information technology and manufacturing,for the office furniture industry,to realize the improvement of S Group's warehouse management level.The main research contents are as follows:First of all,we combined with the basic situation of S Group and the development trend of the furniture industry,it points out the challenges and opportunities faced by S Group's on warehouse management level and expounds the background and significance of the research.Based on the research on the relevant research fields of the thesis,the main research contents and framework of the paper are determined.Secondly,we conducted an in-depth study of the warehouse operation process characteristics and management status of the S Group finished product warehouse,and analyzed the existing problems of warehouse management and the requirements of the intelligent warehouse management system.Then,we established the intelligent warehouse management system framework for the finished product warehouse of the office furniture industry,and introduce the key technologies and methods for the construction of the intelligent warehouse management system.Thirdly,the basic level construction work of the S Group intelligent warehouse management system is carried out.Based on the data types that are divided,we analyze the data flow of the warehouse operation and study and design the corresponding data acquisition and control scheme.By designing the data collection logic flow,a relational database is established to lay the foundation for later data analysis and decision support.Forth,based on the comprehensive perception of data,we designed the error prevention mechanism and the online storage allocation mechanism by screening key data types and analyzing the relationship to ensure the quality and efficiency of warehouse operations and to provide decision support for warehousing staff.At the same time,for the problem that the product loading is completely dependent on labor and the utilization rate of the car is not high,we establish a transportation vehicle packing and loading optimization model.Based on the order cargo data and vehicle model data,the genetic simulated annealing algorithm is used to optimize the loading utilization rate,minimize the cabin demand,save transportation costs,and provide decision support for vehicle dispatchers and loaders.Finally,we summarize the work of the paper and look forward to the further research.
