Research On The Construction Of Characteristic Rural Villages Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Tourism is an important fulcrum for China’s economic development,is an important way to improve the living environment of rural development,infrastructure upgrading,agricultural supply-side structural reform,the importance of rural tourism to the development of the village economy is becoming more and more obvious,rural tourism in rural development and transformation can not be separated from the construction and development of characteristic projects,the three complement each other,promote each other.Jiangsu Province,located in East China,is the head development area of national tourism and plays an important leading role in the development of rural tourism.The Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and the Jiangsu Provincial Government launched the construction of characteristic pastoral villages,which is a strategic decision made with an eye on rural rejuvenation,improving the level of socialist new rural construction,and consolidating the foundation for the new practice of "strong,rich and high" new Jiangsu and "two gatherings and one high".The main body of the study in this paper is the research on the construction of characteristic pastoral villages under the background of rural revitalization,which is particularly critical for the development of rural tourism in the context of rural revitalization,and rural revitalization is an important part of the five-in-one of the country,echoing the new development of the times and conforming to the new expectations of farmers.Based on the background of rural revitalization,the development of characteristic pastoral villages is to enhance the comprehensive benefits of agricultural resources,and it is also an effective way to drive rural transformation and upgrading and effectively develop rural tourism with the effective interaction between traditional agriculture and new industries.In this paper,the literature research method,the field interview method,and the case analysis method are used to study the construction of characteristic pastoral villages in Jiangning District by taking Qianjiadu in Jiangning District as an example.After understanding the survey and interview,this paper found that Qianjiadu’s characteristic pastoral rural development in the context of rural revitalization has the following advantages: a solid foundation for agriculture and fisheries,an active promotion of the integration of agriculture and tourism,a rich content of research and study trips,and a good ecological environment protection.However,in the process of development and operation,there are also some problems: the excavation of cultural tourism resources is not deep enough,the construction and operation mechanism is not perfect,the tourism brand image is not prominent enough,and the direction of rural revitalization is not clear enough.The main reasons are: tourism products tend to be homogeneous,Qianjiadu itself has no attractive tourism projects;and the management and publicity is too one-sided,the integration of village enterprises needs to be improved,the publicity and management efforts are insufficient,the brand IP is not unique enough;the integration of three industries and three lives is formalized.Based on this,on the basis of extensive reading of literature,in-depth research,detailed interviews and understanding,the author puts forward the following suggestions based on the actual situation of Qianjiadu: First,tap the characteristics of local resources,create a characteristic pastoral village at a high level,build an aquaculture base with high quality,and highlight the brand effect of the Chrysanthemum Festival at a high level;second,establish a publicity model that is more suitable for Qianjiadu,such as doing a good job in We Chat public account promotion,expanding network e-commerce on a large scale,and then broadening diversified marketing channels;third,creating Qianjiadu’s characteristic IP,Let the IP conform to the audience’s acceptance habits,present local cultural information,and consolidate the support of the talent base;fourth,the integration of agriculture and tourism,coordinated development,the combination of characteristic pastoral village construction and tourism,and give play to the coupling effect of agricultural tourism integration.
