Study On The Poverty Alleviation Dilemma And Path Optimization Of Longju Town In Wanzhou District Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In the report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),general secretary Xi Jinping made it clear that we should implement the strategy of "rural revitalization" and take "building a modern agricultural industrial system,production system and management system" as the major measures for rural revitalization.The proposal of the strategy of "rural revitalization" marks a new era for the development of China’s work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and is of great significance to the realization of the "two centenary goals" and the common prosperity of all the people.To revitalize the countryside,shaking off poverty is the premise.Poverty alleviation in rural industries is the most direct and effective link for rural revitalization.Its progress is closely related to winning the battle against poverty and directly related to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.Industrial poverty alleviation is a kind of "blood donation" poverty alleviation,which can not only stimulate the endogenous motivation of the poor people,but also mobilize their production enthusiasm,thus blocking the cause of poverty.At present,it has become the focus of poverty alleviation work in many poor areas.Now,in the critical phase of the final assault on the goal of eradicating absolute poverty,all that remains are the poorest of the poor and the poorest of the poor.Industrial poverty alleviation is at the juncture of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and its poverty reduction responsibility is huge.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the difficulties encountered in the process of industrial poverty alleviation.Longju town,Wanzhou district,is one of the 18 townships with deep poverty in Chongqing.Based on the research background,this paper takes Wanzhou of Chongqing district town for great scholar research,supported by the "ruralrevitalization strategy",from the great scholar town industry present situation for poverty alleviation,the analysis of the town in poverty alleviation and implementation difficulties encountered in the process of industry by the method of literature study,field survey,depth interview,case analysis and comparative research.The last on how to further improve the strategy of "rural revitalization" of industries,as well as the poverty alleviation work puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the local poverty a crucial contribution strength.It is concluded that the difficulties are mainly manifested in the following aspects: the poor people lack of internal motivation,the difficulty in industrial development and upgrading,the difficulty in the government’s continuous efforts to consolidate the results of poverty alleviation,and the obstacles in connecting rural revitalization and poverty alleviation.At this important moment,we must not allow any form of waiting,watching and hesitating.We must propose an optimal path for the difficulties encountered.According to the development policy of our country,combining with the local reality and comparing with the domestic and foreign practices related to industrial poverty alleviation,the author finally proposes the path of industrial optimization.First,the ambition and wisdom,stimulate the industry new momentum for poverty alleviation.Second,optimize and upgrade to build a new pattern of industrial poverty alleviation;Third,we will continue to consolidate progress in poverty alleviation through multi-party cooperation.Fourth,organic connection and promoting the process of symbiotic development.
