In recent years,the development of big data and Internet technology has penetrated into all aspects of the insurance industry,which has promoted the development of the insurance industry.By studying the big data and the precision marketing on the one hand,can improve the data refinement of operation and rich big data to achieve precision marketing path and way,on the other hand can encourage and promote the insurance marketing model and product constantly innovation,by improving the service quality and service levels to improve the user experience,promote the development of insurance industry with high quality.In order to study how insurance companies make use of big data capabilities to conduct precision marketing for users,this study adopts methods such as questionnaire survey and user interview,and uses the questionnaire data and user interview results of S insurance company to conduct in-depth analysis on the marketing status of S insurance company.By studying the user portraits and precision marketing of S Insurance Company,four problems were found,including unclear user portraits,marketing activities that could not solve users’ pain points,poor matching between products and business strategies and target customers,and inadequate system research and development ability.It is concluded that the marketing of S Insurance company can be more accurate and accurate by optimizing user portraits,strengthening brand publicity and optimizing marketing activities,realizing differentiation of product liability and expense policies,and strengthening digital construction.Research on big data and precision marketing plays a driving role in the development of insurance industry.This study provides theoretical support and suggestions for S Insurance company to improve its big data application ability and precision marketing effect.
