Analysis Of The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Informatization Development In Kashgar Region

At present,the wave of digital revolution has swept through the fields of "agriculture,rural areas,and farmers" in China,and rural revitalization is also about to usher in a new development situation.Therefore,to promote rural revitalization,all ethnic groups within the country must be united and participate collectively,and the whole country will work together to accelerate agricultural and rural modernization,enable science and technology to empower agricultural information construction,and further promote agricultural income and output increase.Fully implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and autonomous regions,promoting the use of modern information technology in agriculture is a crucial starting point for transforming traditional agricultural practices and advancing agricultural information reform,so as to achieve phased results in the construction and application of agricultural and rural information infrastructure and agricultural informatization throughout the region.First of all,this study focuses on further improving the development of agricultural informatization in Kashgar region.At the beginning,it introduces the concept,connotation,significance,research fields,and development status at home and abroad of agricultural informatization at this stage,and then guides the focus of agricultural informatization construction in Kashgar region by drawing on the development trends and successful experiences of agricultural informatization at home and abroad.Secondly,by analyzing the current development situation of agricultural informatization in Kashgar region,and then establishing an evaluation system for agricultural informatization in Kashgar region,SWOT analysis is conducted on the development of agricultural informatization in Kashgar region,and the main problems in the development of agricultural informatization in Kashgar region are summarized as follows: The level of agricultural infrastructure and intelligent management in the entire region is not high;The lack of scientific measures in talent cultivation leads to a lack of composite agricultural informatization talents;The experience of agricultural information service platforms is poor,and the supply of rural public service facilities is insufficient;The development of the agricultural informatization industrial chain is still in its early stages;The development trend of agricultural informatization highlights the urgency of solving the "digital divide";The overall education level of rural labor force is not high,and the awareness of agricultural informatization is weak;Agricultural labor force continues to decrease,and industrial support capacity is insufficient and other constraints.Finally,the paper presents countermeasures to promote agricultural informatization development in the Kashgar region in response to the existing problems: formulating a long-term plan for using new technologies and new models to develop information based agriculture;Mobilizing the enthusiasm of enterprises and scientific research personnel to participate in the construction;Accelerate the infrastructure construction of new technologies that contribute to the development of agricultural informatization;Reasonable layout of rural intelligent logistics system construction;Cultivating talents for developing intelligent agriculture;Encouraging the adoption of digital services in rural areas and advancing the digital transformation and upgrading of significant agricultural sectors.
