Changes in the external operating environment,such as the deepening marketization degree of the industry,stricter supervision,the development of financial technology,the change of customer demand brought by new retail,have intensified the competition of rural commercial banks,and brought both opportunities and challenges,which put forward higher requirements for the development of rural commercial banks.Poor external operating environment has a great impact on the profitability of rural commercial banks,and the main purpose is to improve the profitability level.In order to achieve sustainable profits,we must strengthen the construction of the core team.Customer managers are an important part of the core strength.They are full-time personnel who promote financial products and provide high-quality financial services to target customers on behalf of the bank,and are the leaders in carrying out various marketing work.One of the core of human resource management is performance appraisal.A scientific and perfect performance appraisal system can mobilize the enthusiasm of account managers,give full play to the role of performance appraisal baton,provide strong human support for the realization of high-quality development of the bank,and make the bank in an invincible position in the fierce industry competition.This paper combines the theory of performance appraisal with the actual development of LS Rural commercial bank,analyzes the existing problems in the performance appraisal of account managers,so as to optimize the performance appraisal system and establish a scientific,reasonable and perfect account manager performance appraisal method.Through reference research,interview,questionnaire and other methods to carry out research,analyze some problems in performance appraisal,and find out the causes of the problems.Then combined with the actual situation of the bank,clear the objectives and principles of performance appraisal optimization,put forward relevant design schemes,use the balanced scorecard performance appraisal tool for optimization design,and develop a series of safeguard measures for optimization schemes.Ensure the implementation of the plan.The improved performance assessment system for account managers can maximize the role of account managers,wholeheartedly invest in the reform and development,help the rapid development of various businesses of the bank and improve the market share.
