The banking industry plays an important role in the social economy,and the competition in China's banking industry tends to be heated.In the performance management of commercial Banks,the operation of the bank results only by "profit" for the center of the performance evaluation indicators to measure,and ignore the impact of other factors in the performance management of commercial bank and the bank management on the basis of the role of the "customer".Therefore,China's banking industry should adopt the scientific performance management mode to improve the operating performance and finally achieve the strategic goal of the bank.Y bank Inner Mongolia branch as a provincial branch of the listed Banks,facing their own "to profit as the center" to "take the customer as the center" strategic transformation and the fierce market competition,urgent need to improve the level of performance management.In this paper,through study the relevant theories of performance management,combining with the current economic situation of the development of the banking sector,the Y bank Inner Mongolia branch brought to account manager performance management mode of in-depth study.Y bank branch of Inner Mongolia are analyzed in detail the basic situation,the development of its business,brought to account manager of human resources situation,brought to account manager performance management model,and through the above analysis and interviews to let public client manager is to put forward the Y toward bank Inner Mongolia branch account manager performance management problems that exist in the four links,namely lack of existing performance management process,evaluation index design unreasonable,narrow issues such as the application range of the performance management results.Aiming at these problems,combined with the key performance indicators(kpis)method and 360 evaluation method for performance management in four link different problem put forward the approaches to customer manager performance management design scheme,which highlights the index system of "take the customer as the center",improve the performance monitoring and guiding the process of management,to determine the reasonable performance evaluation subject and cycle,rich performance feedback methods and application scope.Finally in order to ensure the smooth implementation schemes redesign the performance management,put forward by implementing the organization's strategic goals,a clear performance management target,extensive publicity,and effective organization culture and system construction,and improve the mechanism of form a complete set of performance support five aspects of measures such as development needs.
